Truly a chocolate lovers’ haven — they’ve got everything from chocolate cakes, ice cream, cookies to drinks. They also have a great selection of packaged desserts perfect for gifting.

Nice chocolate cake. Must try the praline chocolate cake. But can’t eat it alone, it will be too heavy. Good for sharing.

Had the super stacked chocolate cake and the creme brulee. It was divine! Was apprehensive on the creme brulee at first, thought it would be too sweet from the look of it. It wasn't and tasted good in all the right ways. The stacked chocolate had REAL chocolate in between the many layers, not the ordinary kind of chocolate cake. Will be back for more soon🤤

Great service by Gareth & Natalie. Came around the tea time peak period and the cafe was packed and the queue was really long. However, staff were all smiles and extremely patient despite rushing around and being shorthanded. After we got our seats, Gareth immediately served us the nutella tart we has ordered in advance (before getting our seats). It was extremely attentive of him to have done that without us prompting. Appreciate the wonderful service!

Chocolate selection were great as usual. Recommendations by service staff on point and they have good product knowledge and pairings. Ambience is alright for a family dessert break and we don't feel hurried while taking our time to enjoy our cakes and truffle selection.

Visited the GWC Awfully Chocolate store 2 days ago and was assisted by a young lady with long hair (didn’t manage to get her name!) and her colleague Dylan. She was very patient and helpful with our group’s queries on the products. I had only purchased a simple bar of chocolate myself but Dylan was very kind to help me cut it into neat pieces for sharing (as I was with a few friends). Really appreciated their great customer service!! Thanks so much. :)

Incredible incredible service :) this is my 3rd time to call them and tell them that I will come pick up the cake. The lady at the shop was a one person show and she gave the best customer service - patiently took down the message on phone , kept the cake ready for me to pick up , make the payment and dash. My fav local brand and my most cherished chocolate and cake place , hands down. The customer service makes sure I stay loyal :)

Had mille crepe cake and tiramisu with coffee and tea. The tiramisu is quite a good rendition: it's not very sweet and smooth in taste. The crepe cake is good if you like thick fragrant chocolate otherwise could be slightly overpowering. It goes well with tea. Service is friendly.

Food - Awfully Chocolate chocolate cakes are the best! They have a variety of chocolate cakes, pastries and savoury bites like quiche. I’ve tried different cakes and I’ve always loved my order. Nutella lovers should try their Nutella Tart. The combination of dark chocolate cookie crust and the soft Nutella layered chocolate is just perfect. The Praline cake is amazing, too. If you are a fan of Black Forest cake, you might wanna try their Chocolate Rum and Cherry cake. The cherry is soaked in rum with soft chocolate cake. Our go-to cake for everyone in the family. Love that there’s tea selection now to company the cakes instead of coffee or chocolate drinks. Service - Friendly and helpful staff. Had some recommendations for which cakes to get to suit my mood, celebrations and family’s palate. Ambience - Small seating area in GWC but so far no issues getting seats on weekdays tea time. Pretty black and gold furniture with marble tabletop. Good for a quick catch up or meeting but it’s not cosy enough for reading spots or quality me-time. Bill - Expected damage is about $20 per person. The whole cake/tart price ranges from $50-$120.

The store, located in the heart of the Great World City shopping center, offers a fairly large space but few seats. Despite this, we were able to enjoy the delicious truffles and the famous chocolate cake, which were simply exceptional. The staff, although pleasant, sometimes lacked dynamism given the crowds for the Christmas holidays. Despite this slight downside, we plan to come back because the quality of the products offered is undeniable.

I had dessert while taking a walk around Grewa. It's hard to tell from the photo, but each one is huge! I think it would have been nice to share it with my wife, but the chocolate mille-feuille and raspberry chocolate were each made with different chocolates and were delicious.
