We had a very great feast with Gourmetz! All of the food was delicious and delivered hot and steamy. My bosses and colleagues enjoyed it all to the last bite. I would like to thank Clara for being patient and for assisting me all throughout the process from start to finish. She gave all the info we needed, and everything was transparent. Transaction with the company went smoothly and flawlessly. Thank you Clara. I would also like to thank the deliverer Mark for setting up everything on time, and collecting on time. To the kitchen staff of Gourmetz, thank you for a wonderful feast! It was really a remarkable experience. We thank you! :)

1st time order Got their Gourmetz's 2024 Jolly Edition Crave Case, a delicious five-course spread including luding The Family Style Festive Turkey with Stuffing that is basically the star of the show, crispy Boxing Chicken Drumlets, Ratatouille Pasta Symphony that's like a taste explosion in mouth, Golden Orange Prawn Paradise that's basically a taste sensation, and a sweet Festive Log Cake. And it's all packed in a fancy box. Plus, it's Halal certified and a Healthier Choice, so everyone can join the party. Convenience, taste, and no cooking required. Had ordered 2 times mini buffet from Gourmetz for 8-10pax from Yong Jun. He provided a very good service and fast response. Dish came with a very presentable box and on time. Last year ordered the Rendang Chicken was yummy. Last week was the 2nd time order from Gourmetz, and the dishes were great too. Will engage with Gourmetz again when having a party.

I recently ordered from gourmetz, and it was one of the best delivery experiences I’ve had! Not only was the food delicious, but the entire ordering process was smooth and efficient. The food I ordered arrived perfectly packed and still hot, which is rare for delivery food. What really stood out was the attentive service by Clara, even through an online order. Shortly after enquiring on whatsapp regarding my order, I received a prompt reply and friendly confirmation message with an estimated delivery time, which turned out to be accurate!

Second time ordering from Grourmetz. First got to know about this company during a friend's housewarming. The food, especially the spaghetti with tomato sauce, is really nice. My toddler love it so much that he ate plates after plates of it. I ordered the mini buffet for my son's birthday in Aug, but as we had 7 pax, I ordered the mini buffet without kids add on. Back then the guest already gave positive review about the fried rice and finger food. Given the positive experience, I ordered it again for my bro's birthday on last Saturday, and as we had around 10 pax with 2 kids, we managed to order the mini buffet plus kids add on (means it comes with pasta option!). Again, everyone love the spaghetti and cleared it very soon. The food portion is generous too. Clara has been nice to do a follow up check with us on the food and experience. She is helpful and even offered to help us with future orders to ensure smoother process of ordering. Am already considering to order again for my girl's upcoming birthday party this Dec.

This is a review that’s long overdue. Gourmetz and a special mention to Jasper Chng, has helped me tremendously for my daily operations in my childcare centre. My cook had to go on urgent leave due to personal matters. A friend of mine recommended Jasper - I contacted him and he arranged for the meals. Everything was done on the phone including details within 10 minutes. It was hassle-free and everything was arranged in a professional manner. On the first day, it was slightly late(I was told that this may happen) and I spoke to Jasper about it. On second and third day, food arrived on time and in good temperature to serve. I have no doubt that if my cook were to resign, I may eventually turn to full time catering for my meals. I’ll definitely recommend Jasper to my friends within the early childhood industry. Thanks Jasper and Gourmetz team!

Ordered the mini buffet set for my baby’s first birthday celebration. Ordered for 5pm and delivery man called at 4.50pm to inform he was arriving the hotel. Food was great! Bee Hoon and curry was nice, honey wings were wiped out by the kids, kuehs were freshly made! Dessert was also cold and not too sweet. Lots of cutleries given. Great for celebrations! Will order again!

Goof experience with your staff Yong Jun. Everything was prompt. Feedback on the bento set was vegetables were bland and chicken chop looks pale. Otherwise even the delivery service was great.

Update on 24 Dec 2024, ordered Gourmetz again and this time round they were late, the food came cold, their service respond was slow and didn't contact for quite awhile. Gourmetz has really good variety of food and they deliver the catering promptly but the correspondence need improvement, was alittle worried when they didn't contact.

The delivery and food is gd. We enjoyed the bread with dips, and the chicken n fish. The pasta is a little too dry though. The tree is nice - sausage rolls were grabbed up. Easy to bite canapés. Jelly was too much and a little meh. Portion would not be enough for 10 pax though. Haha must be v small eater. Nonetheless the whole experience, setup is v suitable for a small party
