GW Mobile offers a fuss-free experience. I reached out via text, explained my issues and shared my computer model. They promptly provided a quotation and estimated the time needed for repairs. I sent in my MacBook and received it back in less than 2 hours, with transparent charges and excellent service. The best part is their 3-month warranty period, offering peace of mind in case of any issues post-repair. When I got trouble with my phone, I brought it to them and their services were damn good. I didn’t remember the name of two officer that help me at that time, the one is a girl, chubby one with coloured hair, another one is a guy using glasses. Very impressed with their service! I actually ordered a phone via Reebelo; the shipment was delayed due to being out of stock, but Kingsley was in contact with me directly always on hand to answer my questions. Unfortunately I had to wait almost 2 weeks before I could receive my phone, but Kingsley was very communicative and even added a free glass screen protector when my phone was delivered! Will definitely buy direct from them next time :)

I was given a strong recommendation to come here to repair my wife’s iPhone 12 which had a smashed screen and visible water damage. The guys were really helpful and explained the costs upfront which included a chemical clean and screen repair, and they managed to repair the phone when other shops said it wasn’t worth repairing. The price is really fair too. Sincerely 100% recommended this place.

Edit: Added one star on the honest and calm response. I understand that times are tough and a business exists to make money. As I stated in my review, I will continue to visit for phone repairs. I look forward to visiting again So, I really didn't want to write this review because I do like GW Mobile, my wife and I have done quite a bit of business with them including storage expansion on iphone 6s, fixing water damage on iphone 11 pro, replacing phone screen multiple times. Pretty easily close to $1k spent. And to be honest, while the service isn't the best, I think GW does good work. So when my wife's iphone really died, I looked on the GW mobile website and it showed it had brand new iphone 13 pro in stock (not a fan of the 14, so wanted new 13 pro). So we went, only to be informed that website is not accurate and no new iPhone 13 pro is available....not a big deal, we started to look at second hand 13 pros with warranty. We found a dual sim 13pro with 1 year of applecare left, and when we asked the sales rep about eSIM support (my wife need it for her travels), the sales rep assured us that it did support eSIM. So we ask if can have a bit of discount, the sale rep first looked shocked that we had the audacity to ask for discount on a used phone, then proceed to say $9 off (a $1399 phone)...we didn't mind it but that way the sales rep presented it was very uncomfortable....then I tried make light of the situation, and ask if we can have a screen protector thrown in (I asked because when we had my iphone screen replaced, GW gave one for free with discount on screen)...I was met with a firm NO. the sales rep told me the screen protector is $8, if you pay full price, screen protector free, if you take discount, you pay for screen protector...I was speechless at the seriousness of the sales rep's tone and the level of pettiness displayed. The situation became very uncomfortable because we were ready to buy the phone, but angry at the poor service we were getting. We finally decided on the phone but my wife wanted to check the sim and esim, capabilities, only then we discovered that on dual-sim iphones, the esim is disabled. We were pretty angry at this point because the pettiness, poor service and lack of basic product knowledge, but at least we were able to walk away from the shop. I am not bashing GW Mobile because as a repair shop, it is very good, if I have issues with my phone I will continue to bring it here. However, customer service, and selling of devices is not their strength, we walked away feeling we were almost cheated, please work on your customer services...

Bought iphone 6 the battery cannot last for more than an hour. Need to pay to replace the battery. Business tactics. After the above post I was contacted and was told that we can negotiate about the battery replacement, even though there is no warranty for battery. For my part I should have call and ask that is my mistake, overall I have to say that they are responsive and professional. Well done.

*** This is not a paid review *** No fuss shopping. Staff helped to replace the SIM on the spot and even cut the SIM to fit. Excellent value in pre-owned iPhone that comes with 30 days warranty! Will be a returning customer!

Reasonable price but average service. Came in for a screen change, which was promised to take 30-40 mins to complete. This turned out to be almost 1.5 hours, as the wrong LCD screen was used for the initial attempt and needed to be rectified. The weak apologies made did little to appease the frustration from the time whiled away there.

I've lost count of the number of devices I've had repaired here, from phones, to tablets to e-readers. They always do a top-notched job at a fair price. You can also count on them on providing very good advice and damage evaluation. Recently I purchased a used mobile phone from them (which is another service they provide) and am very pleased with my purchase. There are many other shops in Sim Lim Square selling/repairing phones but I strongly recommend you make GW Mobile your first (if not your only) stop.

Repaired my Apple Watch screen there but only one problem I faced is when I asked them to do repair they said we will do it tomorrow as it’s very late, in the night I thought that it’s better if I buy new one and called them at the time of shop opening. I found these guys online but decided to shop when i got to Sim Lim Square. We all know how famous sim lim square is and true to its reputation i met a few bad apples. Just fixed my IPhone 7+’s cracked glass. It costs 70SGD here while the other store in 3rd floor asked 188 SGD. The repair took about 30 mins. Very satisfied.

Screen was totally devastated and they fixed it. Good as new imho, the salesperson was really honest about the pros and cons of certain services and they dont do hardselling. Phone fixed in a matter of a few hours.
