I recently stopped by May’s Mobile Shop to trade in my iPhone 13 and upgrade to an iPhone 16, and the experience was fantastic! The trade-in and purchase prices were very competitive, offering great value for money. May took care of everything and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about phones. She handled the data transfer from my old phone to the new one effortlessly, making the whole process hassle-free. As an added bonus, she provided a phone case and a screen protector for temporary use, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. If you’re after excellent service and competitive pricing, I highly recommend visiting May’s Mobile Shop!

I was looking around for tempered glass screen protector for my S23 Ultra and May's Mobile Shop offered the cheapest screen protector. The staff (likely May) patiently explained to me various options. What prompted me to write the review was the after sales services. 1.5 days after the screen protector was installed, I noticed air gap forming at the top of the screen. I went back to highlight this issue and another staff was quick to offer a replacement screen protector at no additional cost. While waiting for the installation to be done, I saw how the staff interacted with other customers, recommending suitable phones and tablets based on the customer's budget, offering to find alternatives even if there are no existing stocks, and even could give a definite timeline on when such stocks would arrive. Would patronise again if the need arises.

My family and I have gone to May's for years, for anything from screen protectors to selling our old phones. Always a pleasant attitude, solid prices, and quick service. There was even once where although they didn't stock screen protectors for my phone (old, obscure model), they specially went out of their way to help me order one. You can get it done a little cheaper if you order and do everything yourself, but I'll gladly pay the extra few dollars to have everything done quick and easy at May's.

Highly recommend this no-frills setup at Far East Plaza for it's quick, friendly and affordable service. Items inside are fairly priced (don't expect cheap, but comparable with online shops), and zero attempts to rip me off, unlike other shops within Far East. Good place to get phone things done.
