Their WhatsApp service is very responsive and they provide very detailed explanations. Service at the store is awesome as well. Professional! Would definitely recommend them. I changed my Apple Watch battery and they told me the risk of losing the IP68 etc once they opened it up, provide very detailed after-repair care advices too. It’s been 2-3 weeks in, and my watch is working great!

Service at the store was really friendly and professional. They are also very responsive and helped me with troubleshooting my Apple Watch and buying of a second-hand one. Good to visit for Apple Watch issues, since there aren’t many third party repair stores around the area which do Apple Watch repairs anymore👍
