Do not ever get the esim from Eight telecom I unable to find someone for help with my esim. I have changed my phone n require to get a new QR code for my esim but there is no physical human to assist on this instead keep asking me to wait for the email reply. 7 hours and counting ... ... Ppl can't call me and I can't get sms or any otp !!! Will also make an official feedback with imda regarding the poor service of eight telecom . .... I don't have the luxury to go to lucky plaza for this one new qr code or link .... :( esim should be smart and seamless , not so miserable....

Cheapest operator to use in Singapore and SEA. Physical store in Lucky Plaza. Staff in store explains well and service is good. Very satisfied.
