Latest Update: I just visited the Service Centre (Anker) today as my SoundCore Liberty 4 NC case LEFT LED is lighting up intermittently and also many a time my LEFT earbud is not charged. Apparently the Service Center doesn't support SoundCore product anymore so no repair or spare parts if your product has issue so all those who plan to purchase SoundCore product pls check there is after sales support otherwise you'll end up like me with a product that has issue just alittle after the one year waranty with no support. Supposedly there is a another distributor whose taking over but no one can advise me who. Not the current Anker Service Centre or Tech House. Not sure if I'll buy another SoundCore product as a replacement so far this is my 1st earbud that lasted barely a year and I only use it few times a week....so disappointing. ......................................................................................................- My 3rd purchase but its the 1st time encounter some issue with the product. Though I had to speak with two Tech House staffs but both are very friendly and patient. I got a complicated case but the staffs are able to resolve it within 1hr 30mins with a few WhatsApp messages. 1st time I experience Customer Service (resolve) on the same day. 5 Stars for Response Time 5 Stars for Friendliness & Patience 5 Stars for Product comparison (when you're in doubt) Will come back again when I need another pair of Earbuds. Thank you for you service.

Whatsapp the store about the stock and replied within 15 mins. The lady even took photo of the product. Arrived at the shop and the lady assisted to install screen protector and within 5 mins was done.

Went there to purchase an Anker Soundcore speaker. The person working at the store allowed me to try out all the speakers which they had and was very accommodating, helping me to connect my phone and try out all the speakers. Unfortunately, the speaker I wanted was out of stock. The person working there helped me contact Anker and the other Techhouse outlets to find out which store had the speaker in stock. He helped me find the outlet which had the item, and when I got there (Junction 8), they had the speaker reserved for me so I could quickly purchase it without any hassle. I regrettably forgot to ask him for his name but he was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this store.
