A. K.My experience with Artisanal Flair has been one of the most enjoyable aspects of my entire wedding planning process and Tilly has just been an absolute joy to work with!
Their selections are so unique and beautiful. I fell in love with an Ariamo gown they had just recently brought in, which is in a style that I did not find at other bridal studios. And while I wasn’t able to make a same-day decision, Tilly was so kind enough to still give me the same-day decision discount when I finally did commit to renting the gown. I had requested for the neckline of the gown to be adjusted and the alterations were also done beautifully!
Service was truly impeccable. On my first visit, the customer before me was running a little overtime and Cheryl kept my husband and I occupied by sharing about some of the brands they carry and the suits they offer as well. As my appointment started late, Tilly also kindly informed the customer after me to arrive slightly later in order to give me the full appointment duration. Tilly also agreed to meet me on a PH when I was having doubts about the gown’s neckline and explained what alterations could be done. Her patience and advice was extremely reassuring. She has a great eye for styles that will suit your body type and you can trust her to make sure you look your best on your wedding day! When my AD photographer learned that my gown was from Artisanal Flair, she said, “no wonder your gown is so nice, Tilly is amazing!” which speaks volumes about her reputation amongst peers as well.
The experience my husband had trying on their pieces, and the stylistic advice Cheryl and Tilly offered, were so helpful for him to figure out what he wanted out of his eventual wedding suit.
They really are one of the best in the biz; so friendly, extremely professional and always ready to help.
A. Y.Tilly is so amazing to work with and is so creative. She made my perfect wedding dress come to life - with horses printed on it and made as a 2 piece so that it can be repurposed after the wedding. She also gives wonderful but honest advice on what type of dress will suit your body type best and what she thinks won't work so well, which is greatly appreciated! The dress was of amazing quality but was also incredibly comfortable to be in.
N. T.I am utterly completely overwhelmingly pleased with the gown I rented from AF - it was stunning and magical to the extent that words cannot encapsulate how beautiful it is! More crucially, Tilly altered it such that it fitted perfectly like a glove and rehearsed with me repeatedly to ensure I didn’t trip on my train. She has such a keen eye for details and is super responsive (unlike some vendors). I have only good things to say about this boutique - they exemplify so much care and concern for their customers they feel more like friends than merely vendors!! Love both Tilly n Cheryl!!!

B. L.My experience at Artisanal Flair has been nothing but amazing. Anyone who knows Tilly and Cheryl knows that they are super underrated, I would give more stars than 5 if I could. On my first meeting with Tilly, the gown artisan, she was very warm & welcoming. She puts in the effort to listen to your needs and requirements, studies your body shape and suggests dresses that complements your figure. And being a bigger sized bride, I had my eye on a particular gown but it couldn't fit me. She went above and beyond to bring in one specially for me in my size. She puts in that special little touch to also ensure you're perfect for your big day! Cheryl, the suit artisan, was equally as friendly and skillful. The customised suit was superb and the quality of the materials was great too. Being prone to sweating, the hubs did not sweat at all in that suit. Overall, I would always recommend anyone getting married to drop by here to experience the incredible adventure I had with Artisanal Flair.
D. L.Cheryl and Tilly were AMAZING to work with. Wife and I had our suits and a cheongsam tailored with AF for our wedding, and they were extremely patient in bringing us through the process of it. We love how meticulous they were with every detail as well and thoroughly enjoyed the process of having our outfits done with them. Most importantly, the outfits received plenty of compliments!
A. L.Cheryl has been not only been a professional craftswoman, she's meticulous, and fabulously great in the work she does. She provides great bespoke tailoring services and great product of course. Because I always torn suit off the shelves in the retail, she provides me with great measurement to ensure they fitted me and making suave. Overall was a great experience! Did I forget to mention she expedite the process for me? Can't be happier with her service.
A. T.My wife and I had a wedding veil made, designed with Tilly and her associates showing a special design that featured our dog on it. It was so detailed and clean (and cute!). So many of our wedding guests came up to us asking to take a picture of the veil. Thank you, Tilly and team, for a great job walking us through every step of its conception.
