I accidentally stained my Chanel wallet a few months ago when my coffee spilled over it. As it is rather light colored, I thought it’s gone for good. A colleague recommended that I bring the wallet to Bag Spa at International Plaza to try and rescue. I’m glad I listened, because it came back in perfect condition! My beloved wallet was restored to its original color and looked radiant. Thank you Cora for assuring me you’ll do your best and indeed you did!

Bag Spa did a fantastic job in terms of restoring my 15+ year old Tumi bag which smelt mouldy and had cracked leather etc. Highly recommend the place!

Excellent service. Staffs is friendly and helpful such that they share tips up on up keeping your leather bags and how one should be careful on handeling a mouldy bag. I am amazed with the result as my bags looks as good as new!

Reasonable rate and reliable service. Communicate with the shop on your expectation of the retouch etc. The cleansing was done toroughly on the fabrics and going the extra mile of polishinf the metal parts
