Had a lovely experience at BTV Funan. Wasnt that crowded even on the weekend, staff were friendly and the new collections are nice!

Just dropped by the store and 2 very helpful male staff assisted me on my purchase. Separately, I was asking if they knew where the mail box is i couldn't find the customer service counter at Funan, the guy was unsure but he took the time to find out and told me where it is! Outstanding service and beyond! Thanks ☺️

Honestly, never felt happier to be purchasing from this brand. My first purchase from BTV was the Poofy Bag, and I fell in love with it the moment I saw it because it’s so compact, verstaile and with compartments for different items. I had the opportunity to be in line at Funan in April 2023 on launch day because I was going to Taiwan that exact month on my own for the first time and I wanted to bring the bag along with me. As it was my first purchase, I was constantly asking if there will be stock because it seemed like the crowd were queueing on behalf of their friends and family members. When it got to my turn, I remembered I kindly ask the girls who were working at that point of time if the Ivory one was available as I was deciding between Moss, Cobalt and Ivory — but when with Ivory because I really liked how easy to match the bag is with my choice of clothing. However, due to weather conditions and I did not have an umbrella at that point of time — rainwater did touched the bag and sadly the cobalt colour on the inside stained the outer part of the bag and I was honestly worried and a little sad. However, after returning back, I visited the store in May 2023 because I checked out the Blue Poofy Keychain to match with the bag and asked the service staff at that point what is the aftercare of the bag because it stained and she advised a dry towel with some dishwashing liquid and just wipe off. I did that and it got a bit better but later due to other circumstances, the bag turned yellow and I was honestly worried that I screwed up the aftercare. However, with efficient follow ups from the team, crystal clear terms and conditions of how the return policy works and excellent service (both online and offline), I can safely say that BTV is the brand that I’ll continue to support. Thank you Kerri for assisting me despite my concerns, if you’re seeing this — as an ex retail service staff, I really do believe kindness begets kindness. Thank you BTV Team 🫶🫶🫶 Continue shining bright with your products and service towards your loyal supporters, it will all work out for you at the end 🌎

Staff was very friendly and attended to all my questions. Had them repeatedly going back to check for sizes and they did so with no issue. When the size i was looking for was not available in store, the staff suggested to look for it online for me. Additionally, she provided suggestions as to which size of clothing i should go for. Therefore, I ended up getting the colour-block jacket online! Their great service in attending customer persuaded me to buy the jacket and to revisit them of course! Congratulations in opening a new store in Manila!

Reviewing for the oue downtown store, Such amazing quality clothes of affordable prices!! Classic style that is perfect for office wear, not overrated and i love the simplicity of their clothes with a twist to your normal plain clothes. So easy to dress up and down for work, and super friendly staff too! A hidden gem in the CBD! More importantly, their sizes are not super small like most online store brands and actually fit, figure flattering, truly my new favorite store ;)
