I was welcomed and served by a very jovial Malaysian Chinese lady. She was very patient and helpful, spoke very professionally yet not pushy. Didn’t get her name but she certainly deserves a compliment. I bought the Clothes eventually only because of her great attitude towards customer service.

There are two stores, go to the upper store one. They sell some items that are still available on retail/online store and much more cheaper. The hospitality are also very nice❤️

Was assisted by Mrs. Yati whilst I was there. A very kind sales staff who not only help recommended product to me, but also went the extra mile to help me issue receipt to claim for global refund at the airport when I'm returning to my home country later. Best lah! Wishing you success and good health always ya, Kak Yati ♥️🙌🏻 Oh right, I forgot to mention the downside was the sales staff seemed to be so busy with buyers that sometimes they didn't notice some people were leaving already (and the ones in queue could actually be let in). I wish they wouldn't limit the potential buyers to get in. I wanted to get a bag on 2nd storey, but I've forgotten because they let so few people in. And the staff at that time didn't seem to be so friendly either.

Alight from Jurong East MRT of the green line and take a 10 mins walk along the J-Walk which brings you to IMM. Head to the ground level and Coach's Factory Outlet is located beside the entrance facing Ng Teng Fong Hospital. This outlet is the only factory outlet of Coach in Singapore. You will be able to find most of the models here at a discounted price. Staff here are polite, helpful and very professional to assist you with your queries. The retail outlet is displayed with their products for females on the right and for males on the left. When are are ongoing promotions, the queue here is long but it's well organized adhering to Covid19 restrictions. You have to drop by here and take a look if you're looking for anything Coach.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with a friend and the queue was very long we queue for around 30 mins but it was quite alright we did not wait too long. Actually when we entered IMM we wanted to go to coach but the queue was long after going yo other shops we can back and the queue was longer. My advise to other shoppers is if you want to go coach queue for coach first before going to other shops if not when you return the queue will be even longer. We could not decide which item to get and we took quite some time to decide however the staff was very patient and friendly in answering our questions . Advice was also given on the material and care for their items. As the bag i wanted to get was the last piece and it was a display piece the staff offered to clean the bag for me before purchasing and also explained their after sales service. After discount 52 - 10% paid $344 in total for the quality I think it’s quite a good buy. Overall it was a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience with coach. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Classic, trending, hot stuff. Many variety of products not online. Staff are professional, friendly and very informative. Sales are now on at 52% from newly launched products. Long queue though but manageable. Conveniently located near the main entrance.

The sales person all are nice and pleasant to the purchase of a few item. I took more than 1 hour to decide and they were nice to answer my questions, As the neighbourhood outlet, the staff does not judge how we wore or what bags we carry, overall it was a pleasant experience.

Friendly and professional staff despite being an outlet store. Choice of design is limited and alittle dated, but cant complain since its an outlet store. Good place to shop for items for my mom who doesnt really care if the design is dated anot :)

It's a rather small outlet compared to the real deal in the states. Best not to buy into the mall's false advertising for 'outlet sales'. The real discounts are during off-peak seasons. Found out that the prices can be more expensive during advertised sales (i.e. IMM Outlet Sale, Great Singapore Sale). In fact, I just bought a bag and it's actually priced lower now as compared to how much it cost during their 'sales'. If you are planing to drop by, you may want to consider coming down during the weekdays, where store is much less crowded and the queue to enter the store is just you standing in the front line.

Regular at this outlet for pass 5years. Staff is friendly. Bought alot goods there. Orchard tend s to be slightly more expensive. But carry more latest stuff.

Coach bags was my first choice but recently my two bags did not perform well. Price is very high and if quality doesn't meet standard, its disappontment.
