The staff are very friendly and very responsive via whatsapp. Service is really excellent!! They also do up the visuals for you and their printing quality is really awesome, even artworks turn our magnificently!!! I had a last minute order for 8 individually-customized t-shirts. I was searching for a vendor who potentially can do this, and found Direct T-shirt. I then contacted them via Whatsapp. I was initially not hopeful of getting my order as I only reached out to them on a Sunday afternoon. However, one of the staff replied me promptly. We managed to sort out the designs and close the deal by Sunday night - with my orders to be collected the next day at 4pm. I just collected the t-shirts. And they are EXACTLY as what I had in mind. The resolution of the shirt picture that I sent to them were not so clear so Biyu helped to use their own software to furnish it to higher resolution and clearer for printing. She is so patient in responding my questions. I was very impressed. Thank you so much for your dedication! And for your information , they can do for one shirt even three shirts unlike other vendors but of course the more shirts you request for printing, it would be reasonable price. She did what other printers ("files too poor resolution, images pixelated, send another file with .pdf, or can't do.....!") that I connected with couldn't do or rather refused to do in helping out in the simple design I came out with! BiYu took on my design and used "her company software" to enhance the pixels and manually drew over it!! Her work attitude and professionalism, to me, is worth paying for a slightly higher price.
