Visited this outlet this morning and was served by Evelyn who was very helpful as I wanted to join H&M as a member and was having some difficulty navigating. With her help, I have become a H&M member and would be looking forward to more H&M visits and purchases.

Just visit to kallang wave mall H&M to buy my daughter shoes 👟 , The staff quite helpful and polite.she introduce me if I become an new member I will get 10% off and she help me along to do that. Thanks for your good customer service.

Love how empty the store was. Not that many people shopping. Was here on a Friday night around 9ish. Don’t usually expect to get much service in H&M but was pleasantly surprised to be attended to by Gracey who helped pick out some clothes for my dad. Great service from Gracey it was like a personal shopper experience which is a first time for me at H&M!
