I find the place is rather decent. Dont find it right to complain if its crowded there means its good business. Uniform available with sample so its easy to find right size for the kid. Pleasant trip there and I find the customer service is fairly well. 🙂

The size available for my boy's school pants was sold out. I called in and Amy answered the call. She was very helpful and patient to answer my queries, helped to check when the stocks will come in, and even managed to get the pants that I wanted in the shortest possible time! Fast shipping after ordering my son's PCF uniform. Delivery by Ninjavan. Clear instructions on how to care for the uniform. Measurements are quite accurate when selecting sizes. Edit: PCF tops are not easy to maintain despite the instructions given. Food and art stains can be scrubbed from the outer polo tee material, but stains on the inner jersey-like material are so difficult to come off! I had no choice but to soak the tops before washing although being advised not to. After few months, black spots appear in the inner material before it got serious and became visible on the outer material. The tops are washed and dried thoroughly so I don't know why this happens. Had to order new sets.

Choosing items from the same school keep bringing me back to the home page where I need to choose everything again just because I need to select another item. Eg after choosing uniform top, I need to choose school level, which school and what is the next item. After this if I need to get name tag, the whole cycle starts again. If decided to change the sizes, it would be better if we could do amendment at the summary page rather than going thru the whole cycle to change the size.
