S.Jiaxin was very knowledgeable about the products and promo and was comprehensive and providing the best solution for each customer, whether it was skincare or hair care, and from my experiences at other outlets, she was indeed one of the better one. Definitely a Loccitane worthy experience. I love Loccitane, been with them since 2011 and have quite a collection. As i was browsing for quite awhile, i saw how Jiaxin interacted with at least 3 customers and I thought she was indeed the best advisor in Singapore right now.
