This beautiful bag just arrived. I had a wonderful experience shopping with loveholic.sg and couldn’t recommend them more. This is my first time shopping luxury bags online so I was a little bit skeptical. They answered all my questions promptly, provided more photos upon request. My hesitation was immediately swiped away. The payment process was painless, and the shipping is extremely fast! From the time I made the payment to the time I received the bag all the way across the world it only takes 4 days! It was carefully packed, the bag is in pristine condition, exactly like the photos provided. I will definitely shop with Loveholic.sg again.

It was my first time purchase from loveholic.sg and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Elaine was so helpful throughout the process and answered all my questions. I have requested a video of the bag and it was sent within 30 minutes. All documents came with the bag so I was confident with the bag being authentic, entrupy was also provided. I paid for my bag on the 23rd July and recieved my bag on the 28th July (from Singapore to Australia). The bag was made in 2012-2013, however the bag was perfect. I had been looking for a vintage Chanel bag for quite some time, and living in Europe, access to the pre-loved market isn’t a problem. The only hurdle was getting comfortable around the seller to have peace of mind about the bag’s authenticity. I even considered buying from renown auction houses to address this. I started following Loveholic on instagram, and I was always very impressed with how they curate the quality of their stock and bags they source. Given the tight timelines, I wasn’t expecting much, but boy did they deliver! Within 8 days they were able to source (what I think is) a very difficult bag to source (given my own attempts in Europe). And the condition is impeccable! I managed to smoothly pay for the bag while I was travelling around Asia.
