Dropped by today for the first time, despite reading unpleasant reviews. But it wasn't that bad after all, it was simply drop off your items, scanned the barcode provided to fill up the form, whatsapp-ed your details to the store, after which you're done and wait for them to give you a reply. I saw there were plenty of bags, therefore I wasn't expecting a fast service, instead set your expectations lower as it was fuss free. Kudos to Westgate team! Everyone in store deserves a compliment for all your hardwork!

some clothes are really nice at good prices as well! non sale items are placed in sale racks so slightly confusing :(

My first time dropping off old clothes and the sales associate is so patience to answer my questions.

Drop off is swift! Just rmb to scan the QR code fill up a Google docs form and then WhatsApp to the number given on the table! I have seen many negative reviews but not too sure why is that so.. Staff is kind and friendly :) Been to WG outlet couple of times and I've seen the staff hardworking trying to clean up the mess customers have made despite all the warning signs on the walls saying not to throw clothes over the racks and on the floor.. Adding on sometimes its just 1 person handling an entire store so its understandable that they may look tired.. Kinda hurts my heart seeing how inconsiderate customers are..

25/11/2023 Nice helpful chinese girl that explained to me how selling yr clothes works at REFASH. She managed to look through mine clothes on the spot & let me know what kind of clothes is accepted and those clothes tht r not. Will continue to drop my clothes at this specific outlet for her. Thnks 😃

Clothes Dropoff is relatively easy. Just need to scan two QR codes at the Refash store. The clothes were processed within 24h. The money offered isn’t worth bringing all the clothes from my home for a Dropoff . And they did also mention that whatever few dollars they offered will be sent to my bank within 30 working days. Basically I might even forget that they need to pay me by then 😅 but it’s ok , they’re doing their best to save the planet earth 🌍
