The crystal on one of my silver ear stud I bought fell off, so I went back to buy an exact same design as a replacement. The staff is friendly. A female staff helped me find the design I wanted. However, because she was picking them up with the wrong tool (looked like a pair of tongs rather than tweezers), she struggled with them a bit. In the end, the first two that she picked up have some paint scratched off. She picked up a third one with her finger, so that was left unscathed. In the end, I went for the first one that has the paint scratched off because the crystal is clearer. Still thankful that she offered me the choice. A male staff later helped me to coat the ear stud with vanish so that the crystal has a lower chance of falling off. Thankful towards him for going the extra mile.

This shop is good 😊 a few weeks ago I do piercing in my ear,and the lady do nicely and the price so affordable 😉 can recommend friends 🥰

EDIT After replying to my email and getting my side of the story in detail, they helped in rectifying the situation by offering to repierce my ear again. A staff named Solomon was experienced to let me know the pros and cons to the placement and risks of it. Thank you for the positive experience. I'd like to thank the admin and Lester for assisting me. ............................................................- Went today to repierce and I was met with a female staff who kept questioning my ability to take care of a piercing after. Not only that, the placement of the piercing was wrong. I showed her where I wanted it and she still got it wrong. I got so angry that I just used my hands to yank the stud out after walking out. Waste of money and service. I am never going back this outlet again.

The guy who pierced my ear calmed me down and made the whole process less scary. He said, it's not painful, it will only feel like getting bitten by an ant. And it's not just some lie to get the process over it was actually really not painful. (and this is coming from the person who has a very low tolerance for pain) well I see some reviews saying the service is bad maybe they just got the newbie that was on shift on that day? Idk. Mine was painless and the guy seemed very experienced(like even my scared to death attitude didn't faze him.)

A good location, workers there are very helpful and everything is neatly organized. This also extends to most of the outlets I've been to. A variety of items are sold and are reasonably priced.
