Reviews of Acer Service Centre
A bit of a walk from Jurong east MRT. Place is quite empty on Wednesday so I doesn't have to q very long. Staff is polite and the service is fast. Good job!
Had a bit of a nightmare the other day when my 32-inch monitor just up and died in the middle of work. Instantly thought, "Great, now I’ve got to figure out how to lug this thing to Acer’s service center." And trust me, the location isn’t exactly the easiest to get to. But here’s where things took a turn for the better.
Called up Acer and found out they offer onsite repair or pickup within the 3-year warranty. Well, that was a pleasant surprise! So I booked an appointment, and to my delight, Alex showed up at my door earlier than expected. This guy actually managed to slot me in a few days ahead of the original appointment, which totally made my day.
Turns out, the monitor was deemed BER (Beyond Economical Repair). Acer offered me a partial refund based on the remaining warranty or a replacement. I went with the latter, and boy, was that a good call. Today, I got a new monitor with even better specs than my old one. Alex, again, took the initiative to arrange for early delivery and helped me set it up on-site, making sure everything was running smoothly. Top-notch service all around.
With their solid 3-year warranty and this kind of onsite support, I think it’s safe to say Acer has earned my loyalty for future monitor purchases. Big shout-out to Alex and the Acer team—keep up the fantastic work!
Awesome Customer Service!
Walk in on a weekday afternoon wait was around 30-40 minutes long. The employees were very helpful and well versed with what they are doing.
Was informed to collect 1-2 days after and went in the morning and there was no one in the service centre so collection was really fast.
Note that:
If you are travelling by car, do not got to Lobby A or Lobby B. You will have to loop around. Instead look for the sign that says Acer Service Centre there will be a staircase there.
Just bought acer swift go 14 on 16 May less than 2 weeks got problem with new laptop, 1. Keyboard stop functioning, cannot restart & have to force shut down with on off button.
2. Then come the battery problem, cannot charge, then some how the battery is 83% charged but indicate 1h 44 min left.
3. Next the screen glitch.
Brot back to store that I bought, the staff there did a system reset. But the problem still persist.
Decide to bring the laptop to Acer. Acer said couldn’t promise me a date of collection & need 1 week ? to repair a less than 2 weeks Latop.
Bot this new laptop for work due for submission soon….Quite an unpleasant experience with Acer. Put on hold for 20 mins in order to speak to the customer service call.

Update, received a text to collect my laptop last Fri (4 days incl send in day) collected it on following Mon morn, no queue, quite fast.
I arrived at around 10:30AM (friday), initially need to do safe entry, temperature check, hand sanitation then print queue number.
After 15 mins of waiting, queue number flashed on centre screen and I was attended. Counters 1-2 are for collection/purchase and 4-9 for repair services.
Product was checked for its problem and scanned to see product details including warranty. The staff will verify details and print the service request form for you to sign. The form confirms that you have backed up your laptop and they will not be liable for any data lost.
Since my laptop was for parts replacement, service will take 7-14 days and they will send an SMS if its ready for pick up.
If you have some spare time, can visit IMM Shopping mall which is 1 bus stop away.😊
Their service was decent the waiting time was quick. Service personnel was polite and friendly to customer. On the other hand, unfortunately my gaming laptop couldn't start up and I was just bought less than a month ago. Come on Acer what's wrong with your quality?
Was there on a Saturday morning 16 March as my acer aspire laptop couldn't connect to the internet. Mr Neo Li Huat - the Chinese guy with specs at counter 12 was really very friendly and diagnosed my issue very fast. He swapped out my WiFi card and provided several tips too. Kudos to him for his good service.
waiting time was reasonable, was able to assess the problem with my laptop promptly, only took 10 mins from me seeing someone to me signing paperwork, handing in my laptop for repair and being on my way. Repair took about 1 week+. Collection of repaired laptop was also smooth, short waiting time and was able to get my laptop back within a few minutes of seeing someone.
First time to this service centre on Saturday late morning. Waiting time is only within 15 minutes and was attended by Mr. Izman (not sure if I spell his name correctly). He is very friendly and super patient in answering all my questions. Thumbs up for great customer service! 👍🏻

I collected my laptop on 16 sept for my keyboard exchange, they change a new keyboard and protect my laptop properly, I am appreciate for the Acer company kindness treat for me about the warranty issue. The no.12 counter the service young men call Jason is very friendly and helpful, Thank You Jason^^
Customer service 3/5 - Customer service is just average, and also they did not contact me to tell me that my laptop has repaired finished.
Repair 5/5 - Although I waited about close to 3 weeks, they replaced the current i5 motherboard to a i7 one, so in a way is a free upgrade.
Went on tuesday afternoon with 1 person ahead of me, turnaround time 1 day to replace my wifi card. The directions to get there from the major road entrance is confusing. I would advise walking on the road till u see the service centre sign.
Didnt have to wait long to be served, for servicing and pick-up. Staff are helpful, patient and has good attitude. Keep it up.
From Jurong East MRT station, it's quite a distance walk away to the service centre. And half of the journey isn't covered by shelters, so do bring your umbrella down if you are planning to walk over.
The frontline staffs is pretty friendly. The repair service provided is pretty fast, usually less than a week. However it would had been better if the engineers could had spent more time / done more tests to ensure that the device is in good working conditions. I had to send my laptop for servicing again because the problem I reported the previous time was still there and gotten worse after a serveral months....
My LT could not access Microsoft browser and the counter staff, Edmund, did a check and adviced me to use other browsers. It seems Microsoft browser is not stable in my LT. No charges for the check and advice. All is well following Edmun's advise. Thank you.
I think Acer deserves some encouragement. Better service than i expected when i sent in my MSI laptop for servicing (yes they handle MSI too). Staffs were polite and experienced. The only complain is probably the waiting time, if only they can open 1-2 more counters, it'll help tremendously. Keep it up.
Kudos to Edmund (front counter) for assisting us promptly during sending in our laptop. He was immediate, ready to help and assuring. Keep up the good work and hope the organisation is able to recognise this asset 👍
Sent my 4 year old laptop for service on a weekday late morning & there's only 1 customer before me, waiting time was abt 5-10 mins, counter staff was patience & friendly.
It took about 6 working days for service, collection was done in less than 10 mins on a weekday afternoon.
Overall I m v pleased w my Acer laptop, both serves me well over the years!
The staff from Acer service centre are the most friendly people I've met. One of the customer service officer actually gave me genuine advise not to waste money to replace the parts for my laptop and teach me alternative ways to solve the problems. He even replace one of my keyboard keys for free. Double thumbs up!
I purchased a 32" monitor from Acer more than two years ago with a three years onsite warranty.
Recently, it went dead on me with a white screen display. I contacted Acer Singapore and they promptly dispatched a support staff to confirm and rectify the problem
As there were no longer any available hardware component to service my old monitor, Acer replaced my damaged one with a newer model of similar specifications and value, no questions asked.
The staff that had contacted me and Mr. Jeffrey Tan who was in-charged of the onsite procedures were all friendly and professional. Case ID: 3778432Y.

Quite an ulu place. Took me awhile to find the door that leads to the Acer Help Centre.
I eventually got there after some detours.
The staff are friendly and nice, keen to listen to the problem you may bring. They may not be able to provide answers on the spot, but they are there to assure.
The place just have the feel of a morgue, which may be since this is where dead electronics are brought in.
Had to replace bulging battery for a 4+ year old Acer Switch Alpha. They didn't have spares as it was out of production. But they could give me some useful advice on how I can handle the situation.
Short time spent in diagnosis of problem. Shows experience of service staff. Am pleased with the support given.

You will never regret buying an Acer computer as they have the best after sale support. I tried MS, Dell and Asus over the past decade, nothing come close to Acer. The worst was Asus, the most expensive was MS. As for Dell, only for those who know what is going on inside your computer but it is the cheapest among all. Acer is slightly more expensive then Dell but the after sales service is almost perfect.
A simple shop front that service only acer products. Nothing special. A quick in and out, assuming there is no crowd.
