Mr. Ahmad is genuinely knowledgeable, and it’s clear he cares about finding the best option for each customer. Unlike many places, he doesn’t push for a hard sale; instead, he listens attentively to your needs and offers thoughtful recommendations. He even offered me a cup of coffee while I took my time deciding, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and unrushed. I have a very good experience with Mr Ahmed and it is my great pleasure to pen him this heartfelt review. I need someone to solve my laptop issue and thus, I relied on Google reviews. I discovered that among all the IT shops in Sim Lim, he has the highest rating (4.9/5). Therefore, I had decided to pay him a visit. Prior to that, I left him a message on a Sunday (his offday) via Google Chat (there is a chat function for Computer Safari) and he replied professionally and quickly (within 1 hour) The first thing that caught my eye when I was there at his shop was his dress code. He was dressed in long sleeve shirt and tie, along with blank pants and leather shoes. That alone shows he is serious in his work. I mean how many people in the same trade as him will even bother to dress up in neatly iron clothes at Sim Lim? My laptop issue was solved and throughout my time there, I was observing him and he (or his shop) is indeed the real deal due to the following reasons: 1. He is patient and knowledgeable - he clearly knows his stuff and he is very confident of his knowledge. He troubleshoot my laptop issue which another vendor could not. He is patient enough to explain to an IT noob like me. 2. He is customer oriented - throughout my wait there, he wants to make sure we (me as well as other customers) are comfortable and offered us drinks. I was there in his lounge and he was asking every customer there if we want any drinks or snacks. 3. He is non pushy - the vendors at Sim Lim has a rogue reputation but certainly not Mr Ahmed. He has a soft spoken demeanour and spoke in unhurried tones. 4. He has a kind heart and is charitable - while waiting, there was a pitiful old lady who went from shop to shop selling her stuff. No, these are not tissue papers but she was peddling some used books (mostly Chinese). Mr Ahmed could not bear to turn her away and got a book and even invited her into his shop for a seat and drink. This clearly shows his kind and charitable heart. This put a smile to my face and it really made my day. 5. He is a one-stop hub - I requested for an adapter which was not in stock in his shop and he got his technician to search Sim Lim for it. This saves me the trouble and I am grateful not running around for something which I am not familiar with. 6. Humble and Honest - along the way, there was some secondary school kids who asked him for some stuff. He remained polite, kind and professional and did not turn away and was kind to them as well. You know how some vendors will ignore kids or school children, right? 7. He is not in a rush - I met some vendors who upon finishing the job, they like to move on quickly. He do not see each customer as transactional. I applaud his efforts and technical knowledge. I will definitely refer all my friends to him and urge those who chance upon my review to give him a visit. I am certain you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Sir!

Brought laptop in for repair due to Virus Infection. Owner was very clear when explaining the cause of the problem, & what we can expect from the repair process. He's also patient, answering any questions we might have, very hospitable, & friendly. U won't feel like a stranger in his shop! He even went above & beyond to help reinstall my previous applications after the hard drive wipe. Highly recommend!
