I bought an Acer laptop from Chris yesterday (14/7/24 Sunday). He was patient, good-mannered & not pushy. I ordered the laptop though there was no stock in the level 1 shop at SLS. I left the shop with the receipt & about 15 minutes later, he called to inform me that he had gotten 1 set of the laptop. I didn’t ask if it was from their other store or T-loan from other shops :-) Anyway, he bothered to call me instead of having me to make another trip on another day to collect the new laptop. Thanks.

Went into the stall to try to find a PC for my son. He wanted to build his own PC. He is in Primary 6. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, and he listened to what I was trying to find and do for my son. He shared his knowledge and recommendations about the PC and guided me through every step of the way to find the right PC for my son. I like to give a shout out to Jeremy for going beyond his way to help me get the right PC. I am pleased with the PC for my son. It was not only resonably priced for a P6, but we were also coached on how to build the PC up from scratch, which is what my son wanted to learn. Jeremy stepped up and guided us through it as well. Well done Jeremy!

Wonderful shopping experience with Alex from CR group at Sim Lim #03-88. I'm sceptical about going to Sim Lim for my computer needs as I heard so much negative news about it. Alex had proven it all wrong, he was professional, friendly and helpful. He listened to my needs and recommended the best fit products based on his vast experience, he's not those that is out to make maximum profit but rather one that had customer's interest closest to his heart, he would not ask me to buy stuffs I don't need and hard sell products, overall shopping experience with him was great. Special appreciation to him as well for his after sales service, I had to install a new hard drive in the CPU I got from him after a while and had problem installing it, I tot I should have him a call to try see if he could help and to my pleasant delight, he was very forthcoming in his assistance, guided me thru the process over video call on his personal time. Good man, great service, strongly recommended.

I would like to praise the staff of Alex and Ean for providing sure a friendly and good service even though I was just asking them to check my son pc which fault was not known. Alex have been very patient to test and advise me what is the issue and maybe no issue at all. If I would want to buy a custom pc I will be giving 10 star to buy from them.

Highly Recommended! Got a lowest priced brand new MSI Gaming laptop for my son on 4 Nov 2023 at CR Group Sim Lim #03-88. Alex was the one serving us. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would like to commend Alex for his exceptional sales service and remarkable after-sales assistance. My son encountered problem running Valorant and other games like Roblox after completing the Windows updates at home. Texted Alex late at night and he offered to help us with the issue. Brought the laptop back to the shop the following day (5 Nov). He spent a few good hours trying to locate a fix for the issues, including re-installing Windows and the apps; but the issue persisted despite all the effort. In the end, he offered to do a 1 to 1 exchange, instead of us having to go directly to the MSI service center. The issue seems to be due to a faulty SSD despite being a brand new in box laptop. Went down to pick up the new replacement laptop from the shop on Monday noon. However, after updating Windows on the new laptop at home, the same issue happened! Called Alex and he was very apologetic, even though the issue was not a fault of his. He offered to pick up the laptop from us at our convenience. This is despite Monday being his rest day. He travelled to Paya Lebar to pick up the laptop, and on his day off, trying to fix the issue once again on this new replacement laptop. Finally, he managed to locate the source of the problem on Monday night. It was due to one of the latest Windows updates causing an issue with a specific driver that prevented Valorant and Roblox from loading correctly. Pausing that specific update resolved the issue. Tested running Valorant and Roblox after completing all setups and updates, and the games are running fine! Picked up the laptop from Alex at the shop on Tuesday. All good and my son was finally happy after all the disappointment of not being able to play on his newly purchased laptop! Highly recommend CR Group at #03-88 Sim Lim. Alex is one of those very exceptional salespersons who take responsibility and pride in their work, stepping up and taking initiative to help their customers even though they are not required to, and put in their best effort to resolve any of the customer’s dissatisfaction. A big shout out to Alex. Thank you, Alex!
