Very friendly and helpful staff. I had been looking to buy a S3422DWG for a few weeks. I searched on many e-commerce platforms including dell online but unexpectedly this store had the best price. Best service ！！！When I chose the configuration, staff Hong gave me very objective advice, not blindly wanting me to choose expensive options. The most important thing is Hong's after-sales service: I encountered a problem when downloading the driver software after I received the computer, Hong use Teamviewer solved it all for me👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Extremely good service from Jimmy (Boh) today! My laptop died on me, and Jimmy was able to patiently advise me on the right laptop to get in terms of my requirements (time pressure and performance). He also went the extra mile and helped me with extraction of data from my previous laptop! Would highly recommend anyone to get their new laptops from Dell at PS, and hope that you will get Jimmy as your sales consultant to help with your purchase!

I'm incredibly pleased with Mr. Yazid's service in arranging for the swift delivery of the 2 monitors that I bought which were out of stock. Appreciate the great effort in his attitude and service towards customers. I managed to get the monitors within 2 days after the pre-order, far earlier than the expected date of delivery! I visited and purchased a Dell laptop at Plaza Singapura today. I was served by Mr Yazid who was extremely patient & knowledgeable by going out of the way to explain the laptop to me using common analogies to cater to a layman like me. I was impressed by DELL's professional technical support. Even though Yazid was at home due to the COVID test, he immediately called me back and helped me with the installation for nearly two hours. When it is judged that it cannot be solved remotely, he instructed his staff to take over at the store. On a later date, Daniel and Hon, who took over, attended on me immediately and fixed my new laptop. Thank you for DELL technicians for excellent, polite and tireless support. I also remember that Yazid spent time to find a product that fits my budget and wishes (fast, small, white) at the time of purchase. I chose XPS 13 and it is really fast!

The staff is helpful, you can find all Dell products (specific to region) here but you must know that they don't actually have the products for sale. You can order here or just check the model you want and buy it from their retailers (of which they'll be happy to provide addresses, and there is a retailer on the same floor.)
