Very good service and efficient problem solver. Contacted them via WhatsApp on what my issues are and things to fix, pay a deposit for them to get the parts, and arrange a day to send my laptop for replacement and within 2 hours, all done. Not much downtime of no-laptop. Thanks to the team 🙏

Update: 26/11/24 my surface cannot be charged again… shut down automatically 🥲 19/11/24 I get back my surface, they helped to repair again for free. 13/11/24 after one week my surface has the same issue again, and cannot switch on anymore. Send back to them to check again🥲 08/11/24 Repair surface battery at Midview city, $238, good service.

My Mac Book Air was short circuit after about 8-9 years used. Initially sending to mobile service Centre for help, unfortunately they are not capable to repair laptop. I'm almost giving up, till found this Esmond Service, walk in to get for help, Bose Esmond check it immediately and diagnosis conclusions was motherboard short circuit due to few reasons, mainly battery bloated and charger malfunctioning. Repair took one week, glad that repair was done pretty well, laptop working very well after 3 days, and cross finger it will as good as is it for long time. Service including motherboard repair, changing battery and purchase a new charger. Total cost at S$349. I had my screen replaced within 3 hours. Very easy to get to the shop as it is on the ground floor in front of car lots, free parking for an hour, walked a few steps to drop off and collect. Original screen replacement.

Had a good experience as I brought my MSI laptop with a BSOD issue. It was quickly diagnosed and fixed without a doubt. Best of all the laptop feels and looks exactly the same as I had it in good condition. Hassle free plug and play ending. Came to Esmond Service Centre for laptop speaker replacement and removal of virus. The service was really good and staff was very patient and friendly to answer all my queries through WhatsApp. They also kept me well informed of the status of repair of my laptop and received it back in great condition after 2 weeks. It's also affordable for it's price as compared to other repair centres. Upon collecting and checking my laptop, noticed that the brightness settings is not working so I had to checked back with one of the staff and waited for almost 30 minutes for them to update the drivers. I hope Esmond would thoroughly checked through the laptop before informing customers for collection. Otherwise I'm very happy with the service and will return again if I have any devices that need repairs and fixes :) thank you again!

Had a crack laptop screen. Sent in for repair. Able to diagnose quickly, and repair (including upgrade RAM and battery replacement and screen replacement) took 6 days. Price was reasonable. Process was fuss free. Warranty on all the replaced parts. Highly recommended for laptop repair.

I strongly recommend you to visit Esmond Service Centre if you have any issues with your peripherals. Enquired with them on my bloating laptop battery and it all got fixed in only a couple of hours. It will be even faster if they have your model readily available! So glad that the battery they used was OEM and it's holding the charge as per intended, at an affordable and competitive price! Also thanks to their complimentary cleaning service, my laptop now no longer overheats and the loud fan does not kick in as often as it did previously in order to cool it down. They're also very responsive - whenever I have any questions, they went the extra mile to provide me a fast and informative response, and always keeping me up to date on my servicing status. Daniel is very helpful! I lost my laptop charger and I urgently need it for work. Upon checking the service centre there is no stock for my laptop charger, but he told me where else can I get the charger and even provided me with the specifications of the charger so that I would not buy the wrong charger for my laptop. Daniel really goes the extra mile. I'm really very thankful to have someone like Daniel to help me when I am really desperate for the charger for my work urgently.

I'm normally a grumpy man, and due to a few miscommunications and some of their competitors bad mouthing them, I was initially suspicious of the company. However, after communicating with Jay, who handled me professionally and confidently, I put my mind at ease. I was SHOCKED when I received my Razer Blade 14 2021 and booted it up to test on site. After sending it in for service, my temperature has dropped by about 15 degrees. I assumed it was a bug. When I returned, I tested my unit in my usual game, and the results were consistent. They did a bloody good job; my device was sent there due to water damage and returned in good condition. They won me over as a loyal customer for life.
