Bought a customizable ready to ship PC from their website a few days ago (7800x3d, 7900xtx) and took 4 working days to ready the order, and they gifted a free mini speaker and mouse mat. Just bought 1 of their ready-to-go PCs, the M42. Overall, as a first time customer of custom desktops I'm very pleased with their services. Warning for people who buy during an NVIDIA promotion which gives a game, do ask InvaderPC to take the PPID of your GPU before they install it as you need it for the redemption. As with all IT products, there may be hit-and-misses, so hopefully the PC and its parts stays good forever haha Pros 1. Prices are the lowest compared to Aftershock, Dreamcore, Mansa 2. Parts used are all new, they provided the boxes of every individual part during the delivery for peace of mind 3. Responds to me within 1 day over Whatsapp 4. Came down on a Sat when I reported an issue and also assisted me to get the PPID by taking out the GPU 5. They delivered within the promised 3 days 6. They are a sister company to Dynacore which if U research, is quite established in SG Cons 1. My set was using their Titan T80 chasis but seems like it is normal to have a gap in between the 2 glass panels as it still existed even after they came to replace a panel for me. Not a big deal to me but for others choosing, you might want to choose a different chasis. 2. Over whatsapp it might be better if they can specify the exact day they are coming instead of saying general terms like "within 3 days". So that customers know when to wfh to take delivery etc.

I recently had my first experience with InvaderPC and reached out to their customer service (CS) team. They promptly directed me to their sales department, where I had the pleasure of communicating with Ahmed. He was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. After finalising the build, I ordered the 9800X3D system on December 11th, and it was delivered by December 14th—just three working days later! I was genuinely shocked by the speed of delivery, especially since many system builders had no stock of the 9800X3D at the time. The team took great care in acknowledging my order and assured me that my build would arrive soon, which I truly appreciated. After doing some research and browsing , I decided to get a prebuilt gaming PC from Invader as it offered better value for the components included, compared to going to SLS, and it had a prebuilt configuration that caught my eye. To begin with, the customer service was responsive and handled all of my queries. Although I made my order sometime around New Year’s Eve, they were still manning their business WhatsApp and didn’t leave me hanging. After my order was processed, they also reached out to me to suggest upgrading my cpu cooler to one that would look better in my phanteks NV5 case, with the implicit understanding that a customer choosing a ‘display’ case like this would appreciate better aesthetics (it wasn’t a costly upgrade so I don’t consider them doing this as an upsell opportunity). The delivery was also on time and the desktop was shipped together with its protective packaging, and I also received all the boxes from the cpu, video card, mobo etc containing the manuals and leftover spare parts/wires. As I may consider upgrading my pc in future, having those manuals and parts is important. The PC itself was to my great satisfaction, everything was put together properly and I’ve been enjoying it without any issues whatsoever. Big thanks and kudos to the team! You guys have my recommendation!

I was in the market for a new desktop PC in 2023 and came across a company called InvaderPC being discussed on Telegram social media platform [Hardware forum channel]. Accordingly, I researched into InvaderPC since I have never heard of them and soon realized I found a gem of a company. I was informed that InvaderPC was born sometime just prior to the Covid19 lockdown and only started to market actively in 2022 after the lockdown. Why a ‘gem of a company’? 1) Pricing is always a considerating factor, we always want the ‘best’ for the least cost possible and ‘Invader PC’ came through quite well on this consideration. I suspect this is made possible because InvaderPC was borne out of Dynacore a corporate PC supplier with a shop at Sim Lim Square catering to the general consumer hence they would have the advantage of economies of scale pricing when purchasing the various components. InvaderPC, a sister company of Dynacore, is positioned as the systems integrator for the general consumer and is probably able to pass some of these savings to her customers. 2) The components selected by InvaderPC remain the branded breed for the motherboards and graphics card i.e. ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, with other reputable component brands like WD SSDs, Termalright & LianLi CPU coolers etc with Desktop cases from ASUS, LianLi, Factual and others. Such provided me the confidence that I was not getting some unknown, unreliable, me-too-brands and/or cheapish component that could ultimately ruin my PC experience. 3) InvaderPC came across to me as a true systems integrator unlike some shops at Sim Lim Square who would sell you a component that may not be totally suitable for your configuration. When shopping there, caveat emptor is the rule of thumb. However at InvaderPC they have a technical group that would test the PC components to ensure that their system configured would work well. In addition they would also advise you if the component you requested for is not suitable as they are keenly aware that their reputation will always be on the line. The company’s quality ethos is a great confidence booster to me. 4) The key personnel at InvaderPC are essentially very knowledgeable about their PC/components offerings. I discussed at length with Ahmed, one of their technical personnel, and am very happy to report that he helped me greatly in customizing their standard Terrestrial PC configuration offering. With his assistance I was able to change my CPU, RAM, casing, CPU cooler, HDD, etc and changes made were not only from their upgrade list but even included products outside of their offerings e.g. Seasonic GX-1000 power supply. Their expertise and willingness to cater to my request shows their desire to cater to the customer needs. I am confident that they will offer you the same customer service and I am happy to have acquired my desired PC configuration suited for my purpose. And I might add, even their traveling PC technician, Areef, was friendly and competent in resolving my PC issues which were Windows 11 based. 5) On top of all the above, InvaderPC offers a 3 years warranty on their PC builds even if it means they have to get your component replaced via the component’s warranty by the manufacturer. I was told that they will twist the distributor/supplier arms if they need to but time will tell how good a job they will do on this front. At Sim Lim Square, immediately, its caveat emptor which means that if the component fails, you will be lucky to have it replace with little to no hassle. I look forward to InvaderPC's on-going support and will no doubt look to them when I am in the market for another PC. You too can check out InvaderPC for yourself if you are looking for a new desktop PC. Their technical people will work with you on customizing your PC for the purpose you have in mind. They are really helpful and by and large, I doubt you will regret buying a PC system from them. Hope this review helps. Adios.

Has been more than a month since I got my PC and so far quite satisfied with the purchase. Had a few problems when enabling expo but I solved them myself. The rgb on the ram was annoying as it wouldn't turn off when my PC sleeps. That said, invader is probably the most value for money out of all prebuilt companies in SG. Of course, building yourself is still cheaper but prebuilt may be more convenient if you do not want to worry about parts compatibility, accidentally damaging something, managing individual warranties for the parts and other issues. Cable management was also done pretty well. Delivery was indeed the next day. Haven't had the chance to experience their onsite and dust cleaning services or the 3 year warranty yet but I hope it's good. Update - Delivered desktop works fine, worth the wait. However, delivery date stated may not be accurate. Decided to make the purchase from InvaderPC as their staff promised that delivery will be next-day even with extra add-on items (RAM etc). Casted away my doubts since words came from company employee so I made myself available whole day for delivery. The best value for money PC! I looked through the other brands price and specs and none is close to the deals that Invader PC offers. It also has whatsapp channel open for asking questions and after sales support! The PC is working very well after delivery!!! Will definitely buy from Invader PC for my desktop/laptop purchases in future!

What I find InvaderPC does well compared to Aftershock is that they have at least 2-3 types of PC casing available as part of their budget deals compared to the latter with typically one.
