This is my first time liaised with IT-fixed. The IT engineer- Justin is honest and told me what is wrong with my system. They do not anyhow charge the fees to customers like other IT solution companies. They also provide excellent customer service. I will definitely go to them again if my laptop has problem.

he managed to remove 1 laptop screw that has the thread worn out on the screw head within 5 minutes or less as compared to estimated 1hour timeframe. even though service charge $15 but given the convenience etc.. highly recommend but do arrange with the guy in advance and not walk in without notice suddenly.

Bought 2x Lenovo M15 monitors from the shop, seller is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to assist in issues during purchase. Item came with proper invoices and DO. Delivery was extremely fast, delivered within the same day (Bought at midnight and delivered by 7pm). Item works as described. Definitely recommend purchasing from this seller and will do so again in the future! Highly recommended!!!

Despite the Wonderboom 2 Unicorn colour being out of stock due to its high demand, ITSquaresg Shopee patiently walked me through the process of what they were going to do when I opted to wait for the product to be restocked. They explained why I would need to provide the details required, assuring that they will send an invoice over first. contacted them and they replied within the day. they picked up my laptop at one location and dropped it off at another. fixed it within hours. no hassle at all. it was amazing. i have a lenovo and tried to go thru the lenovo warranty and they weren't able to fix it after holding it for a month. i hit up IT-fixed and they got it done within the day. incredible. and the price was fair. im going with these guys next time...if i could give 6 stars, i would.

Superb service and accommodating. Ordered the X1 Carbon via their online store on Shopee, and they texted me to let me know that they have a model with a newer processor, 500gb more storage space and could be delivered faster. Only catch was I had to transfer the funds directly to their account and it was slightly more expensive. But as I used a $100 Shopee coupon for the original purchase, they were willing to still give me the discount and all I had to top up was $50. Was sceptical to trust them at first given the scams going around, but I saw that the reviews here were mostly positive so I decided to trust them. Turns out the reviews here are warranted as the service is really excellent. Received my laptop the very next day, new and sealed. I was even surprised by the speed of the service, not expecting anything. Will be recommending their store to others in the future for sure.
