E. Y.I have used Arthur a few times and have never had any problem with his service. Once he came to my home to check why my printer wouldn't work. It turned out I plug the cable into the wrong slot. Very silly of me but instead of charging the usual $60 visit fee (This is the standard price all repairmen charge for home visits) Arthur charged me $50. Maybe some of you think that's expensive but to me it's the price I pay for my own stupidity. I don't make such silly mistakes again, believe me! I find him very responsive to my text queries and can assure others he is patient, technically competent, and reasonably priced.
M. G.efficient, reasonable priced and trustworthy service is what i look for. Arthur delivered all that. I am very grateful and feel very fortunate i have found him.
