I'm thrilled with my custom PC building experience! Han Ming provided exceptional service, expertly meeting my requirements while accommodating my budget. Mansa has exceeded my expectations in a few areas: For average users: 1. I made an enquiry on Saturday night about a DIY part not listed as readily available on their customisation option. I got an answer within hours that they can find it for me. 2. Mansa took the initiative to source a white Gigabyte 4090 Aero and asked me if I wanna replace my initial order Gigabyte 4090 Gaming OC. Of course I did, it's a white PC build. 3. Delivery was made within 2 days after all the parts are made available. I was skeptical at first, but I am happy proven wrong. 4. The PC is very well built. If you look at the cable management in my picture, it would speak for itself. If you're inexperienced or intermediate, Mansa will build it better than you do 5. now I am one of those stubborn few who still buy Intel despite the crap they pull on 13 Gen and 14 Gen CPU with the whole oxidation and over voltage saga. I checked my BIOS immediately once PC is in, and it was good to see that they have installed the CPU Microcode 0x129 BIOS beta update on 14 August. Although, they did not install the latest 0x129 BIOS released on 6 September. Was this a miss? Perhaps this is an area you could do better. Nevertheless, having 14 Aug bios update is not a A+, but it's at least a B. Area that you could do even better (consider this as a feedback) Provide official assurance to customers, especially those uninformed about i7-14700K (other Gen 13 and Gen 14 included) about the ongoing issue, and provide some guidance on how to under-volt. If someone doesn't know how to adjust their PL1 and PL2, or adjust their CPU Lite Load mode, this could potentially burn their CPU in a few months. The microcode 0x129 would help, but not entirely. For the well informed, this is where you could shine and make them feel their money worth 120% well. Keep up the good work Mansa Computer.

Gave the boss a list of parts I wanted my PC to be built with and even helped to change the list when it was over my budget. Delivery was very fast and smooth and I was able to get my PC after making full payment (they also allow you to make a deposit so they can start building your PC). PC came in a very well-packed cardboard box and the boxes for all the parts came in a separate bag. Thanks a lot for being extremely thorough in the process and helping me build my first PC!

Went to Mansa for a RAM and SSD upgrade. They got it done within a day for me and it was super fast. However when I brought my PC home there was a RAM issue and my PC kept restarting. Messaged Vincent about it and he referred me to Han Ming. Han Ming texted me till 12am midnight about possible fixes and I still couldn't fix it by myself. He came later in the morning at 9am to help me with my issue very quickly and fixed it for me. He sacrificed his time outside working hours to make sure my PC works and I really appreciate him for that. Thanks again, Han Ming. Will definitely come back to Mansa

Always wanted to have my own gaming rig, and Mansa was godsent for me. Had little to zero knowledge about PC parts prior to building a PC with Mansa. Described my experience to Mansa, and was given a plethora of options and recommendation to select from! Ultimately, it resulted in my first gaming rig. The process was swift and intuitive, especially the custom PC website, where it really was comprehensive and easy to digest. The staff, shoutout to Nic, was very understanding and walked me through the steps of parts choosing. All in all, a very beginner-friendly company to work with if you want to build your first PC with freedom of choice. Payment was very smooth through Paylah where live confirmation is done. The delivery was swift and there were updates provided when parcel movement was made. Everything came within parcel, including the brand boxes that each part came from (really appreciate this), spare parts were also kept within those boxes. Though prices may be slightly on the higher end when compared to other websites like Aftershock, it really is overshadowed by the customer service and transparency provided by Mansa! Really feels like you are put into great hands! Post purchase, Mansa was very swift and helpful in replying to my inquiries, despite after many weeks since purchase. Moreover, i greatly appreciate how accessible help is, such as through contacting them via Whatsapp - and thus, was able to track my help request easily! In conclusion, a really great company for those who wish to build a PC; though slightly on the higher end of pricing, it is utterly worth it! TLDR; While Mansa computers services was excellent and quick, I would suggest to procure the discounted parts yourself before going to them to fix it. ==================================== Googled PC upgrades and their name was one of the top few searches. Decided to approach them to upgrade my old PC as I'm quite clueless to PC upgrading. They don't really provide much suggestion and you're expected to know which parts you'd like to upgrade and replace. Opted to upgrade my CPU, GPU and PSU. Parts I've ordered are fixed at cost price when I compared to techyardsg or Sim Lim shops. You could get discounts from up to $50-$100+ if you were to buy from other sources. My suggestion is to buy these parts from discounted places and bring it to them for their servicing. The cost to service all these 3 parts and update drivers is $140. As for their servicing it was extremely quick, with the mechanic messaging me to collect my PC the following afternoon after I dropped my PC.

Website was user-friendly and easy on the eyes (especially when compared to aftershock and dreamcore). Definitely a fuss-free experience ordering online. Prices are competitive and mine was cheaper than a rig with similar specs from the other companies. Online payment is straightforward as well and computer arrived the next day, after going through stress tests to ensure that everything is working. Only downside was, I received everything except for the power cable. Thankfully, the service recovery was fast hence I can use my computer the day after. Finally gotten a new PC, compared with other brands and also DIY, would like to say that MANSA offer one of the best price, hence decided to give it a try. Contacted Mansa via whats app and it was quite late in the night, they were patient and very detail in answering all my query as i have multiple questions. Ask for opinion and able to advice honestly with no upselling. PC building i think took around 2 days and was ready, went down to collect as i need help in transferring my old hdd to the new PC. 5 stars for a good reason… They are honest and helpful. I am building a PC for work purposes which require certain hardware requirements and I was not a pro into PC stuffs. After consulting with a salesperson from another well known PC company they straight away recommended me with the overkilled build with a terrible pricing. Second thought, I went for MANSA for a second opinion (without telling them I’ve consulted other company). And the answer came back shook me as Max and Irfan are being very kind, helpful and honest with my required build and told me my list is way to overkilled and gave me a new build list to consider. My mum's AIO desktop has finally given way after years of usage. Decided to order an officebox from Mansa after reading the highly rated reviews on Google. I have to say that I was impressed from their service from the get-go. They were able to meet my request to deliver the computer the next day after I had paid. The computer had already been built and I just needed to plug it to a monitor and power supply to get started. Boxes of component parts were provided to show that they were new. Unfortunately, my mum faced some issues with connectivity (wifi and Bluetooth). Despite remote assistance, they were unable to solve it. So they collected it and replaced the motherboard. At the request of my mum, they went above and beyond service expectations, delivering the officebox the next day, with Max setting up the desktop personally for her. Thanks Mansa. Will consider getting a desktop from them in future for their superlative after sales service/service recovery.

Most companies will go extra mile and do well in sales of their products, but what differentiate a better company is their after sales service. That’s Mansa !! Max was responsive and patient to my WhatsApp queries on my computer not being able to boot up some months back. Those advice works and he offered gladly. Both of my SSDs failed simultaneously in the morning, but Mansa responded quickly and arranged for replacements on the same day. Irfan came late at night to replace and reinstall Win11, without which I wouldn’t have been able to complete my work task on the second day. Well done, Irfan! This review is a bit belated but considering the kind of build which I have ordered Mansa to construct for me I feel that I should give it more time before I make any comments. Firstly, throw all doubts out of the window and go with these guys. I went online and looked through the reviews and I could not find anything negative about their company. I spent a couple of days and gave up. As compared to other bigger (or smaller) companies who design and build computers for enthusiasts or your typical Sim Lim Square company, this company might seem humble at the onset. However my theory is that they did not spend their time ‘putting on powder’ in their website and instead spent all that time taking care of their customers and answering our enquiries. I contacted Max and spent a few days discussing about a build with him in September 2020 and he was able to answer all my questions. I placed a small deposit thereafter and then I left the build ‘dormant’ because my new house was not ready and renovations was severely delayed due to the pandemic. Some time passed and I contacted Max again and he was accommodative to my incessant requests as the new Ryzen 5900X processor was out and I made many modifications to the list. All of my changes were accepted and I received some feedback from him about what I should not change and what I do not need. I feel that this is the most important aspect as these guys would know best from their experience after seeing and guiding numerous customers through their builds. While my PC seems a tab ostentatious for a home computer, it was definitely not opulent and overly excessive and I appreciate the candid response from the guys from Mansa. After a month or so, Vincent from Mansa took over Max. I didn’t question why but I guess having someone calling me about my PC is better than having no one doing so. Vincent went through the finalizing of my specs with me and we made yet another round of changes. What really impressed me was how Vincent was able to secure a white ROG STRIX RTX3080 card for me. Take note that this is a time of GPU drought due to cryptocurrency mining and in the midst of a GPU starved world, I was actually able to find a limited edition graphics card. Initially I had qualms about the GPU I was supposed to install on my PC, but with this change, all doubts and worries dissipated. Subsequently, I paid the full sum to the company and was waiting for all the parts to be available before they assembly the PC for me. It was quite a huge amount to pay for a computer, especially when I have not seen these guys before nor visited their company in person. I guess that’s how the 21st century works. On hindsight, after receiving and enjoying my excellently built PC, you can just text these guy, tell them what you want and wire money over and your dream PC will just appear in front of you. No long waits at showroom, no gimmicks, no queues, just straight to the chase. The icing on the cake was Vincent getting back to me and showing me pictures of a cosplayer posing next to my PC as well as their company’s demo PC for a photoshoot. The picture is available on their Instagram/website. It was quite a cool experience because no company in Singapore (or even the world) can offer you such an experience and bragging rights. All in all, this is a 100% awesome experience. I can go on forever about how well the PC runs and all, but the PC beckons. Back to gaming.

Excellent service from the team, was served by Javier and Max. To be realistic, prices could be cheaper if you bought the components elsewhere, but I am okay with paying due to their speed and service. They make the effort to communicate and understand your issue/considerations. Would definitely go back to them for future replacements or upgrades.

Customer service is top notch. Their deep knowledge and fast responses is the best and what many people are looking for. I went back there to have my motherboard replace and it did not cost me much aside from workmanship and any extra add on i requested. Best place to look for your brand new custom computer.
