Had a very pleasant experience getting my asus zenbook repaired! I passed them the laptop to repair on monday night and i got the laptop back on friday afternoon. I must say my laptop looked good as new and the staff there was very friendly and professional. He shared with me the company's motto of being sustainable and shared with me tips on how to prevent the issue i had (motherboard issue) from happening again. This place earns a 5 star review!

Bought iphone 13, our first reloved device, and it has been working fine past 3 days. Had a long discussion with Sherlyn at the Bugis store regarding the phone, and also about imacs, macbooks and ipads. Being the only customer, got us all the attention. I took my laptop to Asus when it suddenly died, After paying $60 for diagnosis, Asus said it was beyond economic repair as the motherboard had failed! I searched online for a repair shop and found Digital Hospital, chatted with them on Facebook for a repair price and took it in for repair. To my pleasant surprise, William at Digital Hospital fixed it in a few minutes and I got my laptop back! And even more surprised was there was no repair charge (FREE!) as William said all he did was to discharge the motherboard! Thanks to the team at Digital Hopsital for your help!

After a frustrating experience of reaching out to the official Lenovo service centre, I found Digital Hospital. These guys are professional and efficient. If you can’t make it to their shop, you can pay $29 for pick up and drop off. My laptop’s battery and RAM was changed in just one day. And securely wrapped upon returning. Two weeks ago, I was provided with excellent service at Digital Hospital, Bugis Junction, and I truly appreciate it. Jeff, who attended me at the counter, was able to identify the problem of my PC quickly. Such is his professionalism! Next day, my computer was repaired and ready. To my surprise, it was all at minimal cost including home delivery! My first visit to this service centre was in May 2018 after being informed by the manufacturer's service centre that my then 8-year old AIO was beyond repair because there was no replacement parts. Digital Hospital repaired it within two days and the computer is still working well. It's a trustworthy service facility and I have no hesitation recommending it. Keep up the good work! I had to have the battery on my laptop replaced (Dell XPS). I called and was attended to by "HS", who was attentive, friendly and professional. He managed to have this done promptly, but not without checking that all was OK. We (my firm) are used to buying "pre-owned" laptops at PC Dreams (Digital Hospital's mother company), and they have proven to be reliable and efficient, but this is another positive experience. Highly recommended!

Dropped off my Lenovo Legion Y520 on 10 December 2020 for a replacement of 1TB HDD with 1TB SSD. Was told work would take 2 - 3 days. Big Surprise! Next day already finished and ready to collect! Less than 24 hours turnaround! My technician was Jeff and he did not only swap the drives (works very nicely so far!) with proper cloning of all my data but also managed in the process to fix a mechanical keyboard glitch. Thank you, Jeff! I asked them to sell me an external disc enclosure for future use of the old drive and did not only get a good price but also had the disc already fitted nicely in it! My pick-up (like drop-off) at their Bugis Junction outlet was very pleasant, too. Their service agent there, Nat, patiently helped me testing the new drive's performance and answered all my questions. Very nice conversation with her and thank you, Nat, for the friendly explanations! Just to mention it, I think the price for the excellent performance improvement of my laptop was very good, too! Would not only use them again if need be but passed on their details to my wife's company.

Sent my laptop in for repair for keyboard issues, and was told by the staff it would take 3-5 working days. However, on the 5th working day, I received no updates, and I called their customer service. They told me that due to shipment delays, I have to wait another 1 more week. I completely understand the delays in shipment during these times. However, I feel that if the company were to expect significant delays, they should promptly inform the customer, and not wait for the customer to call them and chase them. The customer service staff was very nice and helpful. Responses from whatsapp and hotline is reasonable. Laptop seems fine, and I hope nothing will go wrong. There's 90 days warranty provided after the repair as well! Giving 4 stars due to the lack of communication with customers regarding significant delays.

Went to the bugis outlet to get my laptop fixed, service by Nahshon was excellent. Super friendly & helpful. He kept me up to date w the progress of the repairs & was v efficient in retrieving my laptop. Also took the liberty to fix some spare screws, of which i was missing quite a few, to my laptop.

Very pleased with their service and professionalism. My Acer laptop recently broke down and I sent it to the Bugis store. A few days later, the technician called me that fixing it would be very costly and he recommended me to go to Acer's local service centre instead. I came up to collect my laptop today and they did NOT charge me a single cent for diagnosis. Overall, I am very pleased with my visit there and would definitely repair my laptop there again. Kudos to the staffs for making my visit such an enjoyable experience!

Great service with very patient attitude! Had a problem with my HDD, where the part that connect the USB port to the HDD broke and it couldn't access when connect to my laptop. I was panicked with fear that all the data in my HDD is affected, so I made a trip down asap hoping to repair. Was told they can't repair, but they offered to open the HDD to check for any loss of data, using their in-house connector and laptop. Thank god that the data is alright, and they allowed me to leave my old and new HDD with them overnight to do transferring FOC. Thank you so much!

The fan in my Lenovo laptop needed to be replaced and after being told by the Lenovo service center it would take 3 months to get the parts and have it fixed, I decided to go to Digital Hospital. They managed to have it fixed and ready in 2 days. After you send it in, they will diagnose the problem and call you back promptly with feedback and when it's ready for collection. Highly recommend.

Other places straight up quoted me $2000 to recover my external hard disk, so I tried this place. 2 different levels of recovery depending on complexity and charged accordingly, they did a quick diagnosis on the spot and I didn't need to pay $2k.
