This is the place to change your WD data passport if its spoilt. Dont bother to call the telephone number cos it's not in subscription. From Toa Payoh MRT, exit to TP Central, walk all the way towards TP Central, cross the road & take a short 5 mins walk along TP Lorong 2 to the shop which is located in a HDB block. The male CSO is super efficient & fast in helping with the RMA process, replacement & setup. No questions asked as long as your product is within the warrant period.

It's a relatively small shop front space. It has a staff member with a laptop for you to RMA your Western Digital and HGST hard drives. They were open throughout the COVID-19 circuit breaker. But, the phone number doesn't work.

Its situated in a HDB estate and due to Covid-19 only 1 person allowed to enter each time as the counter area is very small.No issue at all as they are only following protocol.I was there with my hubby to do an exchange today 15/12 at around 4.15pm & was served by a lady.She was very patient and the exchange was v smooth.Thk u lady,u really make our day a pleasant one👍👍👍
