My imac couldn't power on after a power trip. I whatsapp a few vendors seeking for help. Eventually I settle for RepairX. RepairX admin, Murni was very responsive to my queries and quote. The attention to details is very assuring. The staff, Q, Nat and Dean were very friendly. My imac was repaired within the day and the charges are affordable too. Good central location is a bonus. The store is absolutely outstanding here in SG. You can see their clean open work environment once you enter and the team is super professional. They are open to share exactly what and how they are doing the repair and give honest feedback what fix makes sense and what not. I went there with my broken iphone with motherboard issue after a fall and also had an older phone with seawater issues. Dean clearly explained what makes sense to repair and what rather not. Price is reasonable and they communicate and do things very fast and efficient. I would 100% come back here to fix any broken device or to just chat with the staff, and thanks again to bring my iphone back to life!

Amazing service. They managed to repair our phone after the motherboard burned and we were able to recover all of our data including years of pictures of our son. One of the best service that I ever experienced with a technical repair for electronics. I enquired on my issues with my Macbook on 30th March immediately same day i get a reply answering my enquires. We arranged for the device to be picked up for free and delivered to them for troubleshooting. During the checking process was updated on the test they ran and they gave good advice to what is needed to be done, rather than some companies they upsell other things changing parts when not needed. Once decided, they updated on the process of repair with photos and constant messages via whatsapp. Huge thanks to Farel in assisting with the repairs did such a good job also helped me clean up my laptop as good as new! Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help in repairing their devices.

Very professional service. Might look steep in costs at first but with the transparency and warranty to guarantee issues are fixed, I would say it is fair and will pay for it. Update: Motherboard crashed upon first collection and sent for repairs again. Got sorted out second time round, FOC. Took a month to do full repairs but it gets the job done. Dean knows his stuff and will do full suite of stress tests to make sure the product is robust enough to be returned to client.

I was spontaneously walking through International Plaza when I came across this shop and decided to walk in and make an enquiry about recovering data from my damaged Hard-drive. I tried to get it fixed a year ago and the person told me it cannot be retrieved, but he can send it overseas to get "checked". I'm glad that i didn't go ahead with that and saved lots of money.
