Two days back Mr. Patrick replaced battery for my Macbook Pro, Its a good quality OEM product and is covered under warranty. He clearly shares his comments and appropriately guide to take care of our system. For me he is the go to person for my Apple products.

Mr. Patrick carefully discussed with me on the feasibility of my iMac SSD upgrade plan which involves a replacement of the NVME stick. He warned me that the SSD I chose may be incompatible/unstable and those that are proven compatible are costly. After consideration, I decided to just do a SATA SSD upgrade and I'm very happy that he could come down to my place and got it serviced under 30mins. He also helped me create a Fusion SSD drive and I can confirm it's working excellent. The new adhesives hold up very well and the iMac looks exactly like what it was before. Very satisfied on the performance increase of the iMac. Thank you!
