TRIT computer- Service nber-One! I had recently sent in a "LENOVA" personal lap top for repairing: 1. Screen flickering 2. Main body connecting cables to Screen (open / erratic contacts). Four years back when this (newly biught) lap top was past 1 mth waranty period, the Direct local agent (S'pore branch) was very reluctant to repair it, citing reasons like: 1. Screen need replacement- no spart parts 2. Connecting cables faulty- may need to change (again no stock). How Lenova Direct Agent assist you: Ask you turn on your laptop and use (Lens Rescue) method to assess your computer. I offered to send down for their physical inspection, but LENOVA service guy said: " not beccessary, my diagnostic via "Lens Rescue" can already! Four yrs down the road, and, just last month (APRIL 2023), TRIT COMPUTER take in my repair job. Trit Computer service guys was able to assess and check fault on the spot,and quote their clients an (estimate) to replace connecting cable + Screen (pcb board) replacement- for mine case! Bravo, these two (2) items were replaced in just less than 14days... The best of them is: 1. Friendly 2. Efficient 3. Reasonable pricing, tha's' a guarantee from me! 4. Able to source parts quickly, whereas that "lazy" LENOVA Direct Agent is irresponsible altitude! The LEBOVA Agent also ask me to buy a (new) set...

I visited the YCK store to fix an issue regarding my laptop's swelling battery. The total cost was $325 to replace a Razer Blade 15" Adv Battery. I went on a Thursday afternoon, queue was fairly short. The service staff (sadly I did not catch his name) carried himself professionally and did a fantastic job in verifying the main issue and other potential issues with my laptop. Within 3 days, I had received a call that my battery had arrived. I visited the store on a Sunday late afternoon to get my battery replaced. The queue was fairly short as well. Unfortunately, the service staff on that day was not the same one I had on Thursday. This peculiar one who was replacing my battery was rather careless. He forgot to install the 2 remaining screws to the base of my laptop. On a side note, he was more willing and happier to explain and replace parts for the other customers present on that day so should you visit the store he could potentially fancy you more to give more thought to servicing your IT equipment. Here's my overall rating: Cost/Value - 3/5; $325 for replacing a laptop battery seemed rather steep given that the battery can be ordered for a fairly lower price online. But given that it was a gaming laptop and the battery did arrive promptly within 3days, it is an okay value for me to pay that premium Service - 5/5 for the staff who initially diagnosed my computer. 2/5 for the staff who actually had to replace my battery. Speed - 4/5 Fast replacement for a fairly uncommon laptop battery. Overall - 4/5; service can be great depending on who you get on the day of your visit.

I went to TRIT at AMK to get my cracked Macbook pro screen fixed. Technician was very friendly and the screen was changed in 2 hours. I saved a couple hundred dollars compared to if i get it done at Apple. There is also 3 months' warranty. Thanks, TRIT, for a job well done!

Contacted the Hougang Outlet in the morning and was greeted by Andy. He gave me the estimated quote for my faulty keyboard. Brought my Macbook in the afternoon and was warmly hosted by Andy. Macbook was checked on the spot and taken in by them. Receive a call from them the following day to ask whether I would want to order a new keyboard with no additional cost. Keyboard was fixed by the next day and ready for collection. Total price was 80% lower than what Apple Authorised Service Provider asked for. Overall very happy and grateful for Andy's excellent service.

It's a tiny shop under a HDB close to YCK MRT. Small, unassuming and the staff/owners (sorry not sure!) were friendly and patient. They seemed honest and were willing to show me the iPhone 6 replacement battery unit before installing it. Service was quick and I could see the whole process take place so it helped increase my confidence in the service and the people. My original (faulty) battery was also wrapped up and returned to me after the service. For $50 with 90 days warranty, it's a great deal! Thank you and keep it up!

My Macbook Pro sustained extensive water damage recently -- it was exposed to a jug of water for many hours. After being told by A*Star that its chances of recovery were near-zero (and that they would charge me even if they couldn't fix it), I was ready to give up. I spotted TRIT in a Google search and found its customer reviews consistent and heartfelt, so I called them first to assess my chances. Denis at the AMK branch was calm, attentive and detailed over the phone. He gave a general quote, managed my expectations fairly but also said that if they tried and couldn't fix it, I wouldn't be charged, which was so refreshing. And tried they did -- for 4 weeks. I went away but was updated by them by SMS. My logic-board had become a mess from the liquid damage and Aaron, their Apple-licensed technician, was having problems stabilizing it. Luckily I didn't need to use it urgently, and kept agreeing for them to keep trying, which they did without hesitation. Long story short, I now have a working laptop, the repair for which cost around 20% of what A*Star quoted me (because among other things, A*Star does not repair logic-boards, they only replace them with new ones). The repair at TRIT also comes with a 90-day warranty. Not only that, I now truly understand why TRIT's customers write such appreciative reviews of them -- not only were they proficient and patient, they were also compassionate about how we feel when our precious laptops fail. I extended my sincere thanks to Denis and Aaron at the AMK shop and made a promise to myself that I would write them a proper review, to pay forward their kindness. Thank you very much guys! :-)

Service was very fast and efficient with 3 mth warranty which gives peace of mind. Took 15 mins, a time saver! This place deserves its positive ratings. Excellent repair job done! Brought few of my company macbook repair at TRIT computer shop at Ang Mo Kio. One of my macbook fall and screen carcked, they do have the stock for my model and replace it on the same day, did a really quick and solid job. 2nd one is undergone water damage due to coffe spill on the keyboard, this macbook is able to use for few days after the spill, unfortuanlly macbook unable to power on after that, the staff helps to open up the back cover on the spot, based on the condition, it looks readlly bad, rusted and rotten all over the board. I was adviced to do the internal cleaning and diagnosis first. They get back to me advice and quoted both keyboard and logicboard need to be fix. To my surprice they managed to fix it. The other two old macbook bought on 2011 are due to battery bloated issue, they fixed it on the spot by replacing with new battery and run the hardware test. Nice people nice job! Highly recommended! I will definitely recommend to anyone anytime.

My 6-year old iMac finally conked out on me. I brought it to TRIT computer at Block 631: the diagnosis was quick, a new hard drive installed, data from the old hard drive retrieved, and the iMac collected after only 32 hours on a Sunday! My macbook pro cant power on and warranty just expired, this is very tau tia for me. My friend told me that if i send my mac to apple service centre, it is costly. So i seached around google and found tritcomputer. I have decided bring my mac to them. When i reached the shop, i saw there is Apple certified mac techinican certificate hang on their shop, i ask my friend what is that. The technician told me that they are certified and has demonstrated the knowledge to perform troubleshooting and repair mac computer. They will do a hardware test and quote me the repair price. Within a day, They call and told me that logicboard faulty, charge me for a reasonable price and I get back my macbook pro within a week. I am very shiok, my mac is working now. I recommend your guy this shop if your macbook pro is spoilt. Haha. Thumbs up for tritcomputer.
