I have issues with my laptop screen. Found a laptop repair shop near me (best laptop repair shop!) and my laptop screen replacement was repair very quickly. Communication is very prompt and the techinican ( Sorry, I didn't get his name ) is very patient in answering my question They diagnose very fast and Price is reasonable too. Finally I have my laptop screen back. Hopefully my kids will not crack my laptop screen again. Thank you Volta PC and team

Upon clear communication via WhatsApp to clarify part's arrival date and cost, I visited their Taiseng branch. They helped replacing my laptop's bloated battery, noted that my laptop has stripped screws issue at the back panel, and yet they complete the repair super fast!! Communication is prompt and pricing is transparent, the staff is friendly and they clearly know their stuff and I would recommend anyone to use their services!

Excellent service-Contacted prior via WhatsApp & able to offer a reasonable quotation and timeframe for repair if necessary. Fast response and when I came down, staff assisted with diagnostics on the spot and advised me on how to prevent similar issues in future. Way better than the official service Centre nearby which was only a drop off point.

As my laptop had issues, i brought it to the official service centre (in the same building) and was quoted $1000 for a motherboard replacement, and charged $60 for a (inaccurate) diagnosis. Looking for a second opinion, i brought the device to them. Volta PC’s diagnosis is free, and they repaired my device for a fraction of the price! Communication with them was also pleasant. So glad I engaged their service, and had not trusted the official service centre.

Very satisfied with the service standard! Budget PC is quick to respond to enquiries, transparent about their fees/charges, and communicate properly with customers about what to expect for the entire diagnostic and repair process. Just this alone is enough reason to choose Budget PC for your repair needs -- spares you the frustration of dealing with bad service. Another titbit: I sent my notebook to get the mainboard repaired and when I collected the notebook, I was pleasantly surprised to find that one of the chipped laptop feet (damaged by me) had also been kindly replaced by Budget PC -- without them mentioning a word to me! They didn't have to but they did it anyway, and it tells me that these guys care enough about their customers. Thank you Budget PC, I truly appreciate the kind gesture. I hope you'll maintain your service quality.

Efficient, repaired in a few working days, but mine was only a screen replacement, not sure if it'll take longer for repairs that require more time. Free delivery was good, but price you paid for the services might have already factored the delivery in, if that is so, it's a great marketing tatic. Regardless, I don't know if it's the most affordable or cheapest repair shop out here, up to you to research and discover. Screen replacement was good, although idk why the colours displayed became duller. But all I care is that it's working so... You can't compare the quality of a replacement screen to the original screen after all. Professional, not sure what is their working hours but they reply even at night and weekend which I appreciate. The staff that picked up and delivered my laptop was professional as well. P.S: the only problem I had (aside the duller screen colours) was the fact that I have to give my desktop password that gave me a little anxiety, but all is good all is good.

Had a water damage on my laptop and they were able to repair it at a reasonable price. Managed to save my data from the hard drive too. Along with an SSD upgrade, my laptop is up and running even faster then when I got it. Talked me through what needed to be done, simply explained so even a non-tech person like me could understand. I highly recommend Budget PC upgrade & Repair for its excellent PC repair service. I brought in 3 old laptops for repair and upgrade. The repair was completed in 1 week. The price is also reasonable as compared to other computer shops. The staff also helped me in the windows10 upgrade for all my old laptops as a goodwill. Awesome service.

Read the review and went to this shop to add additional ram and 2nd harddisk. The service charge is reasonable but if add on to the accessories it may be a bit high. The ram and harddrive cost about 50% compared to online. The cool thing is that they provide 1 year warranty on the upgrades. If you are replacing your drive, it will be worth it as it will include copying all your data to the new drive. Mine is more simple and cost the same.

Very good service 👍👍👍 I had bring my MacBook Pro to repair, i thought the screen was broken because my screen suddenly become black. But actually it is the display blacklight problem after they checked.(after that i browsed the website and found that apple have repair program for this problem, for those under warranty, because it is caused by defect of macbook design, but my warranty already expired two year ago..) The technician tell me what will happen if i partly repair or fully replace it, at the end i decided not to repair as technician suggestion (the cost is too high if repair). Technician after that take some time to show me how to use my MBP to connect external display, so that i still can use my MBP without repair it. Really appreciate it, will recommend it to everyone who need to repair their computer 👍👍👍

Friendly service and goes all the way to assist to setup pc to be fully functional. Even able to share IT knowledge for some tips on self-care for laptops and Mircosoft products. Diagnostic is free but the quotation of changing of SDD is close to twice the cost of buying online, and taking the time to DIY the replacement.

I would like to say a big thank you for solving my pc problem which has been bothering me since the start of the year. On the first time, they had honoured what they had stated and did not ask me to pay for their dianogsis and free collect and delivery for the first time though the issue wasn't found. After that I had approached the PC's original manufactuer(AfterShock) and after a month of torment I got back the PC without any fix and still has the same issue as before. So for this time I approached Budget PC repair for help again, they were thorough throughout the repair and were extremely helpful and fast with replying my enquiries. Looks like the PC is finally fixed now, staff is friendly and patient with any questions I had when the PC was delivered back to me.
