We had the pleasure of partnering with Reptileworks for the extensive renovation of our 70’s 5-room flat, which involved a complete overhaul. From start to end, their professionalism and expertise had made the entire renovation process smooth sailing. Raphael was our main point of contact and he’s always been reliably responsive and solution-focused. Our concerns or clarifications were always addressed, which fostered an experience of clear communication and trust throughout the project. We were given a detailed timeline with breakdown of what’s to come, so we knew what to expect in each stage each way. Moreover, the team’s project management and commitment were excellent as they completed the renovation works on schedule. Although there was a slight delay in providing the initial quote, we appreciated the thoroughness and clarity of the proposal once we received it. The workmanship on our home was fantastic; Reptileworks has a team of skilled experts. Each team member was also able to share input to provide a solution or further improve what we had in mind. In addition to the quality workmanship, Reptileworks impressed us by fixing the defects we spotted the week before. Overall, we’re thankful for the experience and super happy with the renovated space that we now call home. We wholeheartedly recommend Reptileworks to anyone who’s looking to renovate their home.
