My experience with Secret Furnishings has been quite exceptional with salesperson, Nick Chua, site manager, Alan “Ah Lek”, customer sales, Sylvia, and finally with auto-blinds installation team leader, Siva. To say the entire process was perfect would be disingenuous. There were hiccups which were not unexpected with any project but the hand-holding by the Secret Furnishings team through to resolutions, was most gratifying. I especially appreciate the high quality service by Siva (installation team leader) who patiently walked me through me through some wifi and remote challenges related to the product. Can’t thank the team enough for ensuring more-than-satisfactory service. Well done, Team Secret Furnishings!

I have the invisible grilles installed in my HDB flat yesterday. The installation personnel were professional, courteous and mindful in ensuring the dust were vacuumed while they do the drilling. Compliments also to the admin/sales staff for the excellent folliw-up.

Fast and furious services experience. Fix an appointment, the sales person will take measurement, issue quotation, confirmation, colour selection and payment make on the spot. A very efficient process of ordering and fitting my day curtains in the lounge. The salesperson did the measurements and quote and expected delivery was 4 weeks. 2 weeks later I got a call to make an appointment for fitting which was 3 weeks after the measurements were taken. The team that did the fitting were very efficient replacing the single rail with a double rail and hanging the day curtains. I am very impressed with the quality of the day curtains and the service. AN EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I am truly impressed with an Exceptional Service provided by LUKE DJAP/ SECRET FURNISHINGS ROAD SHOW held in Century Square through the week 29Jul/Mon-04Aug/Sun 2024 I explained to LUKE, that I was seeking total blackout curtains for windows of two bedrms in a 3rm HDB flat. He presented me with sample materials, demonstrated its blackout capabilities. He also recommended a blackout roller blind, citing its ease of maintenace. The selection of curtains was an easy and assuring process thanks to Elson's professional advice and patience rendered. He gave his 2 cents on the colour of curtains to select based on our wall colours. Installation went pretty smoothly as well, and the installers even helped us patch the holes which were drilled in for the curtain racks. The straps for one of the curtains were delivered wrongly, and despite sending the wrong shade, customer service staff Sylvia followed up on the issue and made sure that the right straps were delivered eventually. Your workers are professional in installation and have good service attitude. The overall feeling of the curtains is good. The only drawback is that there is a gap on one side of the curtains, which allows light to pass through. The installer said it was caused by the wall not being vertical. It would be perfect if this problem could be solved.
