I contacted Star Flooring on a Thursday to get some flooring work done to the laminate flooring in my home which was installed about 16 years ago. I wanted 3 damaged planks replaced and had spare planks saved from the installation for the job. I was given a quotation the same day. Following that and some communication to and fro, the job was completed the following Monday. I’m really happy that what I wanted done was done in such a short time frame. Though the outcome of the job was not 100% perfect, overall I’m satisfied with it. I include here the before and after photographs of the affected areas. Two dark planks and one lighter coloured plank were replaced.

Vinyl installation for whole 4rm HDB was done in 1 day. Bing Kun is is very professional ,responsive & responsible! The day after I contacted him, he came to measure, showed the samples & gave quotation ( no obligation). After I confirmed the job & informed him about my rushing time line, he quickly arranged everything, 4 days later all was done. He personally came few times to check the work. There was some minor issue after the installation but he fixed it at arranged date, excellent after sales service! Thank you, Bing Kun.

I engaged Star Flooring for vinyl flooring installation. Bing is very responsive and on time for all the appointments. Communication with him was very effective. All instructions were confirmed through WhatsApp with photos. He was very patient in explaining the different flooring types. I am satisfied with the final product too. Great after sale services! Had my floor installed with vinyl 2 years+ back. Recently did renovations for my kitchen ,toilets and door/gate which had damaged some of vinyl flooring. Was looking for a flooring contractor to do up my mom home flooring thus i though of doing vinyl laminate since no hacking of tiles will be required which was also expensive. Having budget constraint, the boss, Mr Ng advised me to use the 3mm vinyl laminate which was rather reasonable . Initially i was skeptical about the price, but to my surprise, the price i was quoted was the price i paid. Who says its difficult to find cheap and good services? For the price i of $1499(3rm flat), there's nothing much to complain although there are some minor hiccups but house was still delivered back on time. Recommended my friends to Mr Ng and they had also benefited from it. Kudos to Starflooring for the value for money service!
