We bought a bunch of toilet accessories from Tapz. When we received the items a month later, we found out that one of our bidets was of the wrong colour, and in fact the invoice had indicated the wrong colour too. I contacted Fennie about it, and very thankfully she remembered what we had actually ordered and was quick to set things right. Oh yeah and the accessories offered by Tapz are of fantastically high quality. Easily 5 stars. Thanks so much again for your help, Fennie!

We were referred here by our ID (iChapter) during our whole-house reno. Before going there, we already researched on items we need, brands, pricing and had a budget in mind, based on inputs from quotations sent by the ID, online stores, physical stores like IKEA, Bathroom Warehouse etc. So, we knew pretty much what we wanted. But when we stepped into this shop, guided by the super-agent Benson Yee, we were totally spoilt by choices. It is one thing to have a sprawling estate full of sanitary-wares and not a single soul to attend to you and it is totally awesome to have a super-agent by your side! At this place you experience the personal touch, atleast that's what I can say about Benson. Benson walked us through the myriad of generic, specialized, personalized items sharing nitty gritty details about brand, finishing, pros & cons etc. My wife was very particular about certain design and imprints on wash basin, which we could find no where! Guess what? Benson may not have it in store but he had a brochure to choose from!! That was totally mind-blowing. After 4 hours of hectic selection process, we finally got down to pricing. It was way out of budget. That's where our ID brought us respite. After a round of honest negotiation, price comparison, brand value revision, we were able to agree on a price that was within my budget, without compromising on quality and design. I got all the Grohe, Kohler, sophisticated designer wash basin and all!! Benson sent photos and ItemID of each and every item for the record. After installation of the fittings, we moved. It's been almost 6 months++. There has been few cases of repair and replacement (like: Grohe shower head, jet spray, towel rack etc.). Ben would always respond by the end of day and start with an apology for delayed response, for a human-turned-super-agent it's understandable. He will then quickly liaison with brand service center and arrange for service within 2 to 3 days. Benson has the right spirit of stewardship and he is a maximizer, who knows how to manage multiple clients while not losing focus on right service and details required to gain client’s confidence. Looking forward to continued after-sales services, support and business in coming years!!
