I recently had curtains installed in my new Home, and i am thrilled with the results! Here's the breakdown of my experience. I was extremely satisfied with my new curtains and from the process of choosing the curtain materials to the installation process. I believe the quality of the ripple day and night curtains and with Mr Wilson's professionalism on explaining their products and allowing me to decide on what is the best option in colour and material selections and most importantly it justified the price. Installation was done with precision and the installer took time to ensure that everything was level and secure. I was impressed with how they handled the tricky curved corner i had in my master bed room and ensured that the curtains hung perfectly. I believe it was an oversight on tidying the area after installation and packaging materials and debris was not cleaned properly. Susannah Tampines Greenglen

Good experience with Window Art. We got blinds, curtain and invisible grille (outsourced to another vendor) from them. The invisible grille had a bit of issues but just a feedback, Window Art is very prompt to rectify it. We had experienced other vendors that will deny responsibility or claim "it is like that" but not for Window Art. Window Art also helped to check one of the blinds to fix an issue and while fixed, they decided to replace it for greater durability as well. I'll say they are highly responsible, prompt where you can have high level of trust on them!
