Fotohub at gambas was great! I called with a request for last minute speedy printing of some family photos, Wai Keat helped me and got them out in good time before I fly off overseas! Fotohub is my go-to place for any photo related things. Their team is great - Ivy at Forum retail store and Wai Keat from back office team are so helpful. They really go out of their way with their service. The quality of their photobooks are very different to others as its photo quality versus some other companies which look like a printed page. After I submitted my book online, Wai Keat also reached out to me separately with suggestions on improving my book and worked with me to resubmit. The personalised service is wonderful. Ivy is always so helpful and always has a smile; I can contact her directly with any questions at any time. Totally recommend them!

Have ordered twice from them and had an absolutely stunning experience with them ( Wai Keat ). Communication was smooth and prompt and they will even show a mock up before it goes for print. Totally recommend them!

I ordered a photo book which needed to be given on a specific day. The Fotohub staff Wai Keat was very helpful in assisting me to put my order on the express completion track (sending the QR code for the required payment and invoice) very quickly, and helping me check with the collection outlet to assure me that the album is ready. The quality of the print is also good. Although ii ordered the "soft" cover album, the pages of the album have some thickness so it still looks and feels good to turn and look at. I truly appreciate the help provided by Wai Keat too. Will return if ever I need photo printing services.

Through an email advert, I decided to create a calendar. As I wouldn’t get my member discount through this online order, I decided to go to a physical outlet at nex, thinking I could just pull out the created calendar n get it done. Unfortunately, the staff said it couldn’t b done as online orders were different from orders placed at the physical store. I was frustrated as I had spent time n effort creating the calendar n now had to DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN! So I called Fotohub online. Thankfully the staff I spoke to (Wai Keat) did an amazing service recovery n I am glad to say that I’ve ordered my calendars and am very happy with the whole experience. The experience with FotoHub Online was a first but very impressionable one. I really like the usability, but as it was my first time, there were a couple of hiccups I made along the way. With HD Metal Print as my option of print, the uploading of my image files wasn't done correctly, and would have otherwise turned out blurry when developed. Second, I forgot to remove the 'add-on magnets', which I didn't need, costing me $1 more for every piece. Third, I was working with a very tight timeline for a special occasion. Their customer support is by far the best experience I've received and has compelled me to spend some time to commend them with a review. Quality Control The very next morning, I received a call from Wai Keat, pointing out the issue with the quality of my submitted images uploaded. He also gave feedback as to how I can optimise the print better, and offered to do a mock-up for me before developing it. Wai Keat was very professional and prompt in assuring me, beyond just words but in execution, of the lead time of what is to be done and what can be expected. Magnets Wrote in to customer support to inquire if I could cancel the "add-on magnet," mainly for aesthetic and consistency purposes. Angel promptly replied with a 'yes', along with a voucher to compensate the reimbursement. They work very close as a team as Wai Keat was privy to what was going on as well despite the two separate channels of communication. Personal touch I really appreciate the personal touch given by Fotohub. They understood the context of where I was coming from and sought to accommodate. With my tight timeline, they recommended a pick-up option from one of their outlets than home delivery which would take another 1-2 days; this reduced the risk of delay. All in all, I'm very grateful for the support received by the members of Fotohub. The HD Metal Prints turned out superbly and as scheduled. I would gladly recommend their service and work with them again. Thank you, FotoHub.

The printing qualities are indeed very good, the photos are clear and the colours of the photos are bright. The customer service is responsive to answer any questions I may have and turnaround time within a day. The delivery person is prompt to deliver the photos within the stipulated time frame.
