G. N.This is my 3rd time buying from Darshana and as usual she provided the answers to all of my queries and patiently as well. I It felt like i was talking to a long time friend. Even minute details about different types of acids were clarified by her Definitely no hard sell and she only recommended products that were needed for now.
Will be going back to her again once this batch of products are used up!

She doesn’t hard sell and with every recommendation, she supports it with the reasoning behind why to help you understand the rationale so. l.been getting skincare products from darshanaa since 2020. she has been a great help on my skincare journey, and gives great recommendations on skincare products that i may need. if there are items i need that are out of stock, she even goes the extra mile to let me know when the items are restocked! she has also been working on making skincare and makeup affordable and accessible to all - with things such as point systems, student discounts, and interest-free monthly instalments. whenever i enquire about a new product, she gives such extensive and detailed explanations about how the product works so that i understand the usage and effects clearly before buying. she also frequently posts on instagram about skincare products to explain how they work and the science behind them! i have learnt so much from darshanaa over the past 3 years and i could not be more thankful!
