Very sincere clinic... the therapist Dr Joanna is very professional and also effective. The experience was positive as she is compassionate and also spends time actively listening. Appreciate that it comes across as very personal and sensitive to patients. Definitely would recommend!

The staff at the clinic are friendly and warm. Dr Sue Anne Nummela is a very patient and caring doctor with whom I feel safe. She always spends extra time listening and offering advice even when my time is up. I am grateful for and appreciative of her kindness. She is very professional and teaches useful skills and strategies to cope with my issues. Although my recovery is not complete, I trust Dr Sue Ann is the best person to help me continue my journey to better mental health.

Been seeing Dr John since 2020, came to him based on the excellent google reviews and never regretted it. I have had bad experiences with other psychiatrists in the past, who were uncaring and scoffed at my symptoms. Dr John is completely the opposite, it is obvious during our sessions that he genuinely cares and empathises. He’s not just concerned about my symptoms but is genuinely concerned about what is happening in my life to come to a better and more holistic treatment plan for me. His advice has grounded me in times of difficulties and right from the start, the medication Dr John dispensed has been optimal in terms of efficiency with minimal side effects. This is something that I personally believe some other physicians have not always been able to do as the medication Dr John has treated me with are of the latest generation, while some other healthcare providers are still dispensing 1st gen meds that are full of side effects requiring further counter treatment. Dr john’s empathy and experience with medication has meant that my journey to recovery is as smooth and efficient as possible and for that I am eternally grateful. I am also assured that my information and diagnosis are strictly confidential. His counter staff are great. They communicate discreetly and treat you with compassionate. This is unlike the judgement I had faced from other public healthcare’s pharmacists before: once they saw the medication you are on, there was a look of shock or disdain on their faces while looking at you. Adelphi clinic’s location is also discreet, tucked in a corner of the building and the clinic ambiance is soothing and relaxing, and appointment times are always adhered punctually so there’s never been any waiting time.

The atmosphere of the clinic is very cozy. The staffs are also nice and friendly, both during our phone conversation and in assisting me during my first appointment. I've had two sessions now with Dr John and although I am not yet fully recovered, I can say that Dr John has helped me a lot. He is very attentive to your concerns, and will propose solutions and therapies that you are only comfortable in doing. He is very caring and very helpful, and always tries to understand what your problems are. Will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone suffering from any mental illness.

Dr John is a doctor who truly cares for the mental well being for his patients. When I first visited the clinic I was afraid that it would be another medicine pushing psychiatrist. But the medication that dr John recommended is effective with no side effects. And he never forces you to take anything you don’t want to try. Moreover his training in therapy and hyponotherpy has left me feeling lighter and better every time I leave from his sessions. While I’m not out of the woods yet, I feel safe leaving my recovery to him as I am well on the way to becoming a stronger person.

Dr John Bosco is a very patient and intuitive psychiatrist. Ive been to Dr B L lim clinic and even IMH but all the meds make me sleepy. However when i came to his clinic i thout it was just another gimmick doctor but I can feel my energy and mood lift up slightly through the therapy being performed on me He would listen to your stories and really dvelve into how to prevent it and really put himself in your situation. He also doesnt just give meds but would really be careful into the meds he gg to prescribed to
