personally, my session was really helpful and the professionals i was assigned, mitali and jolene, were very knowledgeable and understanding. this was in stark contrast to the negative reviews here, but maybe things have changed for the better in the past year. would definitely recommend this service if you’re looking for a mental health screening/counselling without having to spend a dime.
