C. F.Excellent communication via WhatsApp, direct with the driver. Arrived at our hotel early. Soon after setting off I realised in the taxi to the Iโd left valuables in the safe. The taxi driver stopped and waited 15 minutes for me to get my belongings back from the hotel. Throughout the journey the taxi driver was chatty, professional and friendly. I had a shock when we arrived and the driver asked for S$65 but when I showed him the email booking confirming S$50 he agreed without hesitation.

Driver is early and the ride is smooth. Minibus is very clean and comfortable. T. M.I have used the Black Maxi Cab service on at least 5 occasions and found them to be a very experience and professional transport provider.
Airport pickups and drop offs drivers have kept me inform and have been very timely with these type of transportation moves. The last journey was from Changi airport to Puteri Harbour in Johor, Malaysia, it was a smooth journey from start to finish.
I would highly recommend this transport provider and intent to use them again for my future requirements.

X. M.Very fast response. Got a free upgrade from 7 seater to 13 seater for my morning ride. Booked 3 rides in a day for ferrying the family around for wedding + lunch.
For large groups, definitely worth the price rather than trying to squeeze inside two or more cabs. Price is fixed, no pesky early morning surcharge to town like Grab/Gojek.
Impeccable driving, drivers are helpful, help to shelter umbrella when raining. Comfortable ride, clean. Enjoyed a nap on the way home too.
10/10 would book again if needed.
