Michael was very polite and welcoming. Came in for a 1 for 1 replacement for a mouse that had double clicking issues. Michael was very nice and helped me to exchange my prior set. Recommend for you to email them about your issue prior to visiting their location and provide videos/proof of your issue to make it easier on them.

Michael was very patient, thorough, and helpful! My new Garmin couldn’t pair with my phone and he went through all the troubleshooting before assisting with the 1-1 exchange of the watch. Really great customer service!
Tested my broken router, clearly saw it didn’t work, gave me a new one. Helped set up the network as well. 10/10 would do again

Experienced exceptional and swift service at Garmin today. Met Mr Hau and his team who took no time at all to render a positive result to a replacement of my mighty Fenix! They know their work well and are very professionally trained. I was in and out in 20mins. Thanks chaps!

Very prompt and good service rendered to me by the Garmin service ctr. My Garmin epix pro gen 2 suddenly will not pwr up.
Brought the watch down n after a quick confirmation check, the epix pro gen 2 was replaced immediately. All done within 35 min or so.

Came here because the bolt on my Garmin Lily strap was jammed. The service agent who helped me, Wilson, was friendly and quick. Pleasant experience.
The odd thing is even though there's an online appointment system, you still need to take a queue number. Thankfully, the queue was short.
Went there multiple time to fix/exchange my Garmin devices (L3).
Nice and prompt service, highly recommended.
P.S. Don't forget to register your devices properly after purchase to enjoy the extended warranty
Went down to your offices on Friday 2nd Dec 2022 to have some faulty PSUs looked at. Was initially attended to by Michael and shortly after assisted by Wilson. I am thoroughly impressed that your service/ RMA staff were so considerate, unselfish, and exercised excellent teamwork. I believe Wilson is the more experienced staff as he even went so far as to correct and point out a misunderstanding Michael had about my product/ purchase. I don't normally write reviews but in this case, I have to give credit where credit is due. I do not take good service and exceptional teamwork for granted so I have to give this incident a shout out as it is uncommon/ rare. Hopefully, by highlighting these positive experiences, it will encourage and motivate your staff to continue adopting the right behaviour/ conduct.
I went to convergent systems as my watch had trouble syncing with my phone and i couldn't receive messages. after 2 hours of troubleshooting, they still could not solve the problem and in fact told me to bring my phone to apple to get it checked instead?! i appreciate them spending 2 hours trying to troubleshoot but overall very disappointed with the service and that they could not solve the problem in the end, leaving me with a garmin watch which i can only use partial functions, lacking the functions of which was what attracted me to purchase the watch in the first place.

I noted that my Fenix 5S watch had been very inaccurate about measuring the steps I took on the step widget for the past few months but I did not do anything about it until a few days ago. I first emailed Convergent Systems and was guided through some troubleshooting which did not help so I made an appt to go down to Convergent Systems instead. There, they also noted the disparity between the actual steps taken and the number of steps reflected on the step widget. Despite having exceeded my warranty period, they very generously offered to replace my unit for free. As the new unit battery was flat and they did not want to take up too much of my time, they suggested I go home first and they would send the unit over to my place and help with all the phone syncing again. Special mention goes out to Hau who addressed my emails and also specially came all the way down to my place after work to bring the new unit and helped me set up my watch. I am extremely grateful this time for the length the staff went through in helping me replace my watch. Thank you so much!
Hands down best service centre. Called Convergent a day before to request for RMA on my corsair k63 keyboard, friendly staffs but forgot to ask who it was, was super friendly and informative. Came down the next day and Peter attended to me and was very professional . Highly recommended. Cheers!

Had to go here to get my router replaced. Really nice fellas. Good and efficient service too. Parking might be a bit of a problem though. I was lucky to find a spot right outside the unit.
Came to get my Garmin Vivoactive 3M (warranty still valid) which was laced with battery problems repaired. Staff was cheerful and proceeded to provide a replacement unit after basic evaluation of the device.
Went to get my broken Garmin fixed. They replaced it within 30 mins. Very helpful and knowledgeable team!
