W. G. H. (.Quite a big place found in the western part of SG. Really liked place as it is very big!!! In a few years time, this station would be an interchange with the newly opened Jurong Regional Line! (7th MRT line) It would become a 3 line interchange as well!!!😁😊 This place as 3 shopping malls! (With one about to be closed for renovations as I heard from) Also have a bus interchange here too. Many bus services are found here…😎 Usually very crowded on the platforms of Jurong East and there are 6 platforms in total! (2 of which is only opened on Mondays to Fridays) I think there would be even more people at the station during peak hours. I always wanted to come to this place as it is very big…😁😘 Would come back soon…👍

X. *.It's a great mrt interchange and it is always busy. Could have better signage on which directions to go as I have always been asked for directions.

H.Convenient location near both a mall, bus interchange and library. Mrt trains are frequent, but station can be packed even during off-hours.

When public holiday /certain day will be many people. That's normal. Train will be on time to take passenger

I.Gets really hard to walk around during peak hour crowds
I. I.I loved this place. But I was in a rush today, so i didn't notice the two boys fighting in the train. I tried to stop them. But the nuisance only increased. Well, I guess you have to careful with situations like this, these days, huh?

T. A.It' was a good experience for me. They are every stuff are so kind and help the people
B. M.Great place, gives me urban-NewYork subway type of feeling. Avoid this MRT during peak hours... too many people. But MRT station is directly connected to two malls. As of writing, construction work is being done, so not so peaceful even during non-peak hours. To me, the station itself needs more facilities like card top-up stations, as a lot of people come to this station for either line change or work. Overall very convenient and lively. One of my fav stations!

R. C.All brands outlets in singapore here at one place. All Eateries & Giant supermarket. And close to Lakeside for huge park with lake for all, especially kids forest adventure style!

D. S.The place was nice. One thing that triggered me is that when i went to get my first card for using MRT, the guy sitting at the counter was a little rude. Unfortunately, people from Malaysia used to call uncle when the person looks like an adult age after 30 or 40. So i called him uncle and his reply really shocked me. But yea, i get the point that we are in different country and the way we speak should be according to their logic and sense.
A. R.It's the central station for all who wish to travel through the Red line, green line and future island line. Bus station is connected to Mrt. 3 big shopping malls like Jem, Westgate and Jcube are also connected to Jurong East Mrt station..

N.Recently, major construction projects have been added nearby and it is very difficult to walk. However, the flow of people has not decreased. Once the construction is completed, it will be better.
