A business and recreational hub close to the city area. If you love rock climbing,then you should check out this place. Only a handful eateries here and the rest are businesses of all kinds. The visitors carpark is very limited here.

It is located in a very convenient location with MRT at walking distance, close to town, and good food around Lavendar Street, Kallang, and Bendemeer Hawker Centre.

Brand new hub, nearby MRT. Tried out the food. My office here moving forward. Green tea can too overpriced. But got people help you open and pour in to cup. Still chin chai la. No next time for can drink.haha I prefer open, pour myself. Food aglio oilo! Still can better.oops. Tired out another shop. Teh Tarik is good! I see the people pull long long one. From one cup, pour to another cup.=) Experience=5 stars. Cause very quiet, no people.haha. New discovery!

Good office block and biz amenities and Limited food stalls. Hope the season parking 3rd floor and above can be opened to public since it is mostly empty during sat or sunday.

A warning for drivers: The carpark slope is quite steep and is very slippery when wet. Take caution that your tires do not slip when using it. My vehicle slipped DOWN while trying to go UP once before. Never again am I going to take that risk.
