I started the subscription a few months and have been enjoying the different blends sent to me every month. Sometimes I ask for coffee grounds, sometimes drip bags- choices easily made via their website. There is a wide variety of beans with fancy names and recommended to me based on my preferences. I tend to think that you get better value when selecting grounds instead of drip bags because it seems to last longer, but could be just me. I will recommend trying it out, a free coffee drip was given to me on the first delivery. I choose normal postage which is FOC instead of door to door delivery, works well so far, no missing coffee.

Hook Coffee roasts great coffee, at fairly reasonable price. The beans are roasted consistently and makes good coffee even with my mediocre brewing skills. I never have any regrets ordering my coffee from them. They also have great deals and discounts for their brewing gears too. Do check them out!

Great experience on the whole. Coffee is good. I can customize it for drip, or expresso machine. Enjoy the quality of coffee I get from the beans. Service is good as well. Had a couple of incidents when the coffee was not delivered, and a simple email to them was promptly attended with a new bag shipped out shortly.

I don’t know much about coffee but I have to say the Choco lit flavour is amazing! It got me hooked and I look forward to drinking it every day! I would definitely recommend other coffee drinkers to give this flavour a chance 😌😍 Would definitely try out other flavours in the reviews once I’m done with this! :) Keep up the good work Hook Coffee!

Been a subscriber for a few months now. Love the variety of options available for their beans in a bag. Quite happy with the quality of the beans and delivery via SingPost. Also fantastic that you are able to change the frequency to your drinking needs. A happy subscriber :) Only feedback is regarding the online order system in regards to changing to a different bean via a subscription, currently the option only allows you to change it to a bean of the same price, limited edition beans you would have to create a new subscription and pause or cancel your old one. Would be nice to have an option to just change it to a higher/lower value bean in your current subscription instead of having to work around it.

One of the more affordable coffee subscriptions around. Beans are delivered fresh and the reward points system is actually working well for us too. But the main reason I’m writing this review is about their service recovery. I had a subscription and found ants in my post a while back and I send them a feedback & send us a replacement bag immediately. But after relooking at the situation, the ants clearly didn’t came from their facility nor from our local postal services and the aromas of the bean must have attracted the trail of ants from the bin near my letter box. But regardless that it wasn’t their fault, they went all out to recover this. Kudos! That was the era when they use the brown paper bags. Now they had improved with the yellow bag and the smells doesn’t really comes out much.

The best coffee I have found in Singapore so far. I generally prefer not drinking coffee after 6pm, however, whenever I see the Hook coffee bag in my kitchen after 6pm, I cannot wait for the upcoming morning to have my lovely morning coffee. I love its taste.

Was really positively surprised when I ordered here for the first time - the coffee is miles better than what you can buy in a supermarket (illy, Lavazza etc.) , and reminds me of the beans that I’m getting in my favourite cafes in Bali or Australia. Wholly recommended to anyone that likes a strong, flavourful coffee!

Tried the Singablend coffee drip bags. The subtle sweetness and creamy taste gives the coffee a clean aftertaste. It has a pleasant sweetness and mellow acidity, perfect for my sweet tooth. Been a subscriber of Hook coffee for a couple of years, the interesting and intricate notes of every packet of roasted fresh beans has been surprising myself and husband every other month. Loving the aromatics and cinematics of fresh coffee bloom on sunday mornings! Last had the Singablend with hints of ice gem - toasty and low in acidicity just the way i like :)

Great range of flavors and satisfying customizations for the grind with a choice of going for a one off purchase or a subscription. I would recommend those who would like to try all the different flavors to get the 80gm packs and then subscribe to choose your favorite!

I simply love the roasting of their coffee and the resulting taste, that it is sustainably sourced and the convenience of getting fresh coffee on a recurring yet flexible plan. Super easy to adjust to my changing consumption.

I'm not live in Singapore so I contact them about ship international. I must say It was the best experience that I never had before. If you aren't live in Singapore, Malaysia ,or, Hong Kong; but want to order coffee from Hook Coffee, please don't hesitate contact them by email. They surely will help you. The only reason which would be problem that is time zone; quick or slow reply; depend on it.

Sick of over-roasted smoky coffee from Starbucks or “Nescafe taste” of Nespresso originals? Before you give up your Nespresso machine, try Hook Coffee shotpods please! My favourites are autumn coolness of ChocoLoco and a mid summer night dream of Godfather. I really enjoy the aroma and pure goodness every morning. Great variety, excellent roasting, and top-notch customer service. I've been subscribing to three bags of coffee a week for over a year and am very happy.

Used to be really good, but the new pods (with the paper membrane) really spoils everything, not sure if they have changed it Opt for their beans/drip bags instead, they are a lot better :)
