North link building is the best, it has many workshops, many food centres especially the carpark FOC! it has easy access to major express ways too

Good place for finding cheap and good food. But a lot of immigrant worker community here, maybe not suitable specifically if you are going with your female friends.

it's an pretty big industrial building consist many carpentry workshops~ 6 levels with heavy duty vehicle parking at all levels~ it has four eateries offer decent varieties of food~
