I'm happy with the service. Wei Kiat called me to arrange for a re-delivery a day before and texted to ensure that I have received my parcel. Very customer oriented with personal touch. The delivery man was very patient as well when he waited for us to pack the returned parcel. Overall , thumbs-up and do keep up the good job.

Max and his team had great patience when i needed to reschedule my delivery. They were accommodating to allow my limited time window to match their delivery schedule. 5 stars!

Max the CS person was very helpful in arranging a redelivery when the initial delivery did not go as planned and my existing Abbott sensor was expiring that very day. He went above and beyond to make sure that the replenishment sensors arrive barely hours before the old one would expire.

Delivery man was careful and made a 2nd trip to hand deliver and got my signature. Customer service was responsive and called back to reschedule for a safe delivery the very next day even on a Saturday.

Had a terrible experience with one of the delivery guys who was scheduled for Saturday delivery. I had a missed call from him while I was in shower but when I call him back, he said he had delivered my items. However, my intercom is not showing red. (The red light is turned on if anyone tries to reach my unit but the call goes unanswered). I explained that to the guy. He then said he will come in 10 minutes. I call him back about 40 minutes but he terminated my call and subsequently blocked my number. I left a message on the website for the customer service to arrange to call me back. I had a call on Monday and Ms Siti from the customer heard me out about my experience and sorted out and rescheduled my delivery for Tuesday. She had also texted me to inform me of the delivery on that day. Now, I really appreciate what Ms Siti had done, to ensure that their customers receive their package. But I certainly did not appreciate the attitude of that delivery guy. I could have plans for that day and if I had waited for him to circle back to my apartment just like how he said he would in 10 minutes but did not materialise, I would have to cancel my plans but yet he didn’t come. I know jobs are hard to come by these days and do not with for this guy to lose his job too but we should all take responsibility for what we are paid for.

Despite the delivery hiccups encountered, I want to commend CS Wai Kiat for his dedication in providing the utmost professional customer service. He reached out shortly after the feedback. During the call, I had requested for the delivery to be completed on the same day because that was my last WFH day of the week in spite of the reschedule that will only happen 2 days later. He had kindly helped with expediting and I managed to get my package while I'm physically home to receive it.

My package did not arrive as expected and I notified Yamato via their contact link provided. Very quickly, a customer service agent contacted me (by phone!) and apologized and indicated the package would be delivered the following day, kept track of it, and continuously managed my expectations. I really appreciated this personalized, HUMAN touch, which has bolstered my perception of Yamato’s service. Shout out to Siti, the CS, who was the human face of the company!

The experience with Yamato was not favorable - long shipment , inactive tracking links , parcel shipped out but not delivered . But it was swiftly rectifed bt Max . This 5 star review is for him - upon submitting my query online he swiftly followed up with a message , and my parcel was shortly delivered. He also followed through to ensure i received my parcel . My delivery address was incomplete and I worried item might get lost. Called the customer service to help me update the address in the system but aparently it is already out for delivery. Driver texted me to ask what is the right address and problem is solved! It was fast and efficient

This was for Apple iPhone purchase. While they didn't managed to deliver to me within 9-12 in the day due to foul weather; a quick call to their Customer Service has them sorting it out and I gotten my item by 1pm,1 hour later. Seen plenty of negative remarks, not gonna lie that it got me abit worried but it works out well in the end.

I moved from Singapore to Japan. The service provided by the local staff was personalized and excellent. During the move, they assisted with the packing. They provided storage solutions when my move was delayed due to the COVID-19 border restrictions. When the estimated delivery date given by Singapore side approached with minimal information from their Japanese counterparts (likely due to language differences), the Singapore staff assisted with communications. Since then, I have received all my items, intact and in good condition. I would totally use Yamato Transport again when I need to move back to Singapore. A big THANK YOU to all the Yamato staff who assisted in my move.
