Went to this dental clinic twice to get my helper‘s teeth fixed. Dr Tiang, her clinic assistant and the receptionist were all very friendly, professional and really patient and kind. Dr Tiang explained everything both to my helper and myself, and made sure she was not in any pain, and instructed her how to care for the wound (after extraction, and followed up by phone the next day) and also taught her how to floss. Nothing was rushed and the treatment was very thorough and calm. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Highly recommended! I was contemplating whether I should bring my stuffed toy with me for my wisdom tooth extraction (which I didn't, in fear of being judged) but it wasn't necessary at all. The doctor was very skilled, patient and thoughtful throughout the procedure, checking on me regularly and even applied vaseline on my dry lips. The assistant comforted me like a close friend. She patted my hand while the doctor was injecting anesthetic and kept assuring me I was doing great. That worked wonders in calming me down and reducing my fears. Will recommend everyone to go to Alda for your dental treatments.

Today is my 3rd visit for my polishing, scaling and flouride. As always, i had good experience on each visit. Also, the dentist would give me best advice on what to do next accordingly. The team is very nice. Nice vibes. If you stay nearby and you have the blue CHAS, bring yourself over there. If you are not nearby, still worth the visit.

Dr. Tracy, the DA as well as the receptionist was extremely professional throughout the dental process, from first stepping into the clinic, to the filling, and to payment. Everything was explained clearly and at the end, even showed where the blemish was thru pictures. This clinic also accepts CHAS Made me feel relaxed throughout, thus highly recommend this clinic.

Very good and patient dentist. I have extreme dental phobia..and she took time to explain each procedure to me. I expected a big bomb of fees, but surprising v affordable compared to chain dentists. Will come here regularly.
